Stood in line just now behind another customer and the girl looked at me and said in an attitude "im not making anymore subs tonight" even though the mall closes at 7P.M. and its on 5:14 ???

The only reason I give this place 1 star is because it's the only way I can write a review. Idk how this place hasn't been replaced by subway. How are you closed during dinner hours. Walked up to get a sub at around 6pm and store was closed. Well Sbarro got my business tonight.

Manager “Melissa” is extremely rude. Never been here so I was looking at the menu and she seemed annoyed to be there and with all the customers. Awful attitude if you hate your job that much get a new one because customer service isn’t for you!
Went to mr subb and had the best experience!! Melissa is a great asset to your company and her customer service was beyond impressive! She has a wonderful attitude and very knowledgeable about the food.

Went there and was meeted by two great girls that nicely took my order and quickly made my food. I will be coming back!
