Out of very good experience even though the time I wanted it was very busy employees greeted me took my order and make sure my order was correct and I please two breakfast photos the food was good and I enjoyed it very much
At this location they use bags instead of standard boxes. I have personally found the food is better than other locations. The chicken nuggets are warm and crispy. Have had over all good experiences here. But one instance I was going here for lunch and it was maybe 8 minutes before the lunch time. They told me I would have to wait and was not happy about that.
I, went to the restaurant to pick up an order for Door Dash. I, was waiting to purchase a sandwich and the employee who said that she is the GM refused to sell me the sandwich and also took back the order that I, went to pick up. I, called Door Dash to verify if this is their order and was told that they don’t have that policy. I, don’t know what the owners of this McDonald’s is doing about their employees who are discriminating against us.
Feels like a very bad sonic with the way drive thru pickup is run by employees.Keeps jacking their prices up so now it's almost cheaper to drive to another McDonald's owned by a different person.
Sat at the drive thru for 4 minutes. No one came on. Went to window to place order. Cashier was rude. No apology. Gave my order (cheeseburger, small fry, medium coke) waited another 15 minutes. Someone came out with my burger and fries, no drink. I told him a medium coke. He brought a diet.

Cashier Aaron sneers at you and drops the change in your hand as if you have cooties, forget about a thank you or anything resembling pleasantness.Second visit: an attempt to grab something hot and quick after an overbusy day and the doors were locked at 7:30 p.m. I thought they closed at 10 p.m. Yikes.Too much wrong here to merit a 3rd trip.Stop in to use the restroom, but only if you are desperate. It may not have toilet paper or soap.
Just ordered two mcchickens with cheese and pickles. PAID the extra. The special order tag was on both sandwiches- but neither had cheese or pickles. Also- mayo on only half the sandwich? Come on McDonalds. You can do better. If I wasn't on a 30 minute break, of which I spent half in the drive through, I'd have complained in person and gotten a refund. The young lady taking payments also didn't give me a receipt. Very unprofessional. I don't expect miracles- just what I paid for.
Wow the new reopening of McDonald’s on western Ave was excellent the drive through was very attentive the food was fresh hot and delicious who ever is cooking is wonderful my chocolate milk shake was yummy keep Up the good work very pleased the person taking the orders got it all right love the team
Went there this morning. Waited at the drive thru. Said hello 8 times. Never had anyone come to the speaker. The person in front of me got served and the person in front of me got served. Poor, poor, poor service.
Mis managed, kitchen alarms going off constantly. Employees ignore customers. I do not recommend this location.
