I have been getting strawberry banana smoothies without yogurt (because I'm very allergic to dairy) at this location for years and suddenly I was told on my most recent visit "this location has never offered that option". Disappointed in the lack of training and customer service some of the staff has.
Depending on what day you go I encounter ed overworked manager who were working with immature employees to a point where I felt bad for the young lady and I just pray for her that she overcame the obstacles that she was going through with her employees I will give her five stars but her employees are 2
Guy Putting food in his mouth and then handling food. I changed my mind about ordering a second time after seeing that. I left feeling a little hungry. I only come to McDonalds once or twice a year and I really was hoping for a great experience today. Im so very dissapointed in the service.
Absolutely the worst mac donalds I have ever been to!Terrible service, incompetent. Stay away from this location.We witnessed 5 errors on other people's orders in a span of 15 minutes.We waited 15 minutes for a iced coffee which they didn't have.There is no communication even between the staff, they have no idea what there co-workers are doing.Incredible to see a multimillion dollar location so completely lost.
This was probably….no actually the worst McDonalds on the entire planet. It’s almost enough to say worst in the galaxy. I think the food on the Pluto McDonalds is warmer and fresher. Nobody likes tough rewarded nuggies
Fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen! Additionally, the employees were friendly and even poured coffee for customers at their table! Great establishment!
Stopped by for breakfast. Haven't been there in over 2 years. Because of the virus. Breakfast was great.
Worst mcdonald’s ever. I ordered a mobile order to which I had to pick up at the front counter. First, they give me the wrong bag of food and when I confront them, they said they gave the bag to someone else and to go find it. Thankfully, my bag was given to a friend who also did a mobile order with me. Secondly, I told them that I made a separate order online for a coffee. The receipt said no ice and add whip cream. They ignored both so I had to go back and get it fixed. I also went to ask for sauce at the front and was given attitude by the lady at the front counter. I finally get my coffee and go to the car and realize my coffee cup is broken and is leaking, which is an honest mistake. So I go back to get a new cup. Now i’m home, and I realized they gave me the wrong item. The staff is unfriendly and do not care about the quality of service they give to guests. I work in the food service industry so I understand the stress of customer service, however, I would never treat anyone like that and I always want people to have a good experience. Don’t go here.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, I've stopped here for lunch or dinner sometimes when I have school and the staff is unbelievably rude. Every. Single. Time. They always take forever and if you dare pick up your phone while sitting and waiting to order at the drive through, as soon as someone comes to take your order they'll act as if you've been holding them up. The food is whatever, I mean, it's McDonald's so it's never going to actually be good, but there are no redeeming factors to go to this location.
Wouldn't allow me to pick up the Uber order through the drive thru.. after being told to pick up at the second window. After going in.. the order was on the counter beside the drive through attendent
