Worst McDonald's we've ever been too. There's no ice. you ask for some and they give 1-2 pieces. Than there's no tops for drinks and the employees are rude!
Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. Revived one with pickles and no sauce and for the other we received an empty bag. Would never get McDonalds from here again!
I love coming here for breakfast. Also love getting an ice coffee before I go to work. Fast and friendly service. Thank you all of your hard work. Will be going back again soon. Thanks ?.
Hi I am a good customer. I came to this location yesterday around 6 or 7pm. I was treated very rudely ,and poorly. Bad customer service. Communication was very rude and disrespectful. I had my family with me. Both employees were picking a fight with me. They also scared my children. My children cried. They were very upset. Poor customer service skills employees should be held accountable for there actions. I asked for manager and supervisor on duty . I was told there was no management available. Can someone please help with this situation, because I and my family did not deserve to be treated that way. Please and thank you.
workers talk to you any kind of way ! I tried to use the rest room when I walked in doors where open others were inside I tried to use the bathroom and got pushed out the door by one of the workers his attitude was very rude and nasty I'm 5months pregnant definitely will be making a report about this !!!
If I could give zero stars to this McDonald’s, I definitely would. They don’t know what they’re doing and when they do, they don’t do it right. Never get the right food and drinks, they always give me something else instead of giving money back (waste of money), they tell me they’re out of basically everything I order (food and drinks/ morning and night), they give away doordash orders to the wrong person for free because it’s already made and convenient to them, they give free food to anyone that even bats an eye at them, never tell me my total or what window to drive up to so I almost didn’t pay the other day, I’ll stand at the counter for 20 mins with 10 other people and no orders are being taken.Corporate, your McDonald’s is losing money at this location and you need to see that. You’re giving away money to your employees for them to stand there and vape in the restaurant. Do better. Or better yet, send a secret buyer.
Left a bad review in the past but tried to go again and geez this place is God awful. You will wait at the intercom 5+ minutes and when you try to get a worker's attention it's immediately answered with attitude and a longer wait time. The people who are leaving good reviews must be either employees or family of employees cause I've never once had a good experience here. It's worth just driving out of the way and going to the next closest McDs rather than deal with the incompetent rude employees here who can't seem to get anything done. Pathetic.
Dirty, ghetto, and slow. Incompetent workers who apparently cant read or multitask, let alone do their job. Instead they yell over the machine ambience to each other and stare at their phones. Needa shut the whole establishment down.

Not very clean, you need to be buzzed into the bathroom, the bathroom was absolutely revolting, had to buy a pie just to use the restroom for an emergency stop. This place really needs to get cleaned up I wouldn't buy food there if my life depended on it.
