I went to the pizzeria today which I normally do not do because I stay away from ordering out because of my severe & numerous allergies I ordered a deluxe beef gyro with cheese fries on the side which as soon its done I put the food into my backpack & head home to enjoy the food, about 6 fries in to this meal I notice that one of these fries must be extra crunchy or something so I bite down more to see if it is food.But low & behold it was actually twisted metal inside of the fry I would like to speak with a manager or some one because if not I'll speak with DOH & BBB
Hands down my favorite pizza place in Albany! I find myself fiending for Madison’s now that I’ve moved out to AZ. Can’t wait to be back in town- I know my first stops- Madison’s for a white broccoli pizza, Stewart’s for ice cream, dad’s house. In that order!
This was our family’s go to place for months, an years but the last few times they forgot the 2 liter that was included in their”special”, which I just brushed it off as I know places get busy mistakes happen. Well we go there so much our address an our orders of regular automatic come up. So last week we ordered our usual which was the large pizza half pepperoni half cheese, 2liter, 10 wings(lemon pepper an crispy) a. Cheeseburger deluxe. So when it arrived the wings were wrong even though I wrote a note in their special instructions part to make the wings lemon pepper because that’s not on Ubers selection but they know this. So I call an the manager he was very apologetic an said the next time you order you’ll get them free. He said NOTHING about we had to go pick them up at 10:30 at night he said an I repeat next time you order you get them on us. Great! My husband said are you making a note of this in the system he said YES. Well as usual it’s our weekly pizza night an we go to order an the owner I’m assuming got on the phone an started yelling at my husband !!! Like are you serious?? You tell your loyal customer something an go back on it. If we wanted to do pickup we wouldn’t have ever used delivery an it was never said we had to pick them up. I’m not only disgusted at the way we were treated on the phone that was the most unprofessional thing this guy could’ve done but all the money I have spent….smh… I’m calling the Better Business An filing a formal complaint I want my money back. An if I could give zero stars I would. Stay clear an cautious
As a former long islander, I find it almost impossible to find good pizza. This place has amazing pizza- crunchy crust, tasty sauce, good serving of cheese. Reminds me of home. And, its open really late, and has decent prices.
Amazing food a little pricey but thats cuz its good.

Just had a really weird experience where I was placing a delivery order over the phone, was hung up on, & when I called back was told they weren’t doing deliveries anymore (1 hr and 10 mins before close and after the first person already took my order). Other people have had problems w/ this place and I always rooted for them but after this experience I’m set for a while.
Cool spot! Friendly staff. Great food and good prices! Doesn't matter what time of day there is a steady flow of people coming through. That's what I like to see at a small joint like this. You won't be disappointed.
At work and order a late night snack buffalo wing and a slice a cheese I have to give it to them because the wings was fresh and the pizza wasn't had so madison pizza you will be getting my next order...thank alot to the driver who delivered the food , I know it was cold but you didn't reject my order thank you.
