Our first venture for lunch. My chopped steak was done medium well not well done but wasn't worth sending it back. The mushroom/onion gravy was delicious, but a little salty. My husband had baby back ribs that were tender but slathered in too much BBQ sauce although he seemed to like them that way. Might try them again sometime, but it could be a while. Service was very good so accolades to the staff

Stopped in with the wife before catching a movie. we dined 5/28/2022 at 5:00 PM. There was 20 minute wait at said time but we sat at the bar and ordered a drink and within 10 minutes we were texted that our table was ready. my wife ordered the bone in ribeye and I ordered the Filet, both were requested to be heavily charred "Pittsburgh" style Medium. They both came out absolutely perfect!!! We were not expecting LongHorn to get that char and the temperature absolutely perfect but whoever is manning the Grill, knocked it out of the park! We will be back for this reason! Some of the higher end, non chain restaurants couldn't get these steaks the way LongHorn did. Cant wait to dine again!

I went there for my son graduation because I had like the food from Jersey’s one. I like this customer service better in Albany. I got my bread to start which the Jersey waiter forgot to serve us. All the food was good . I ordered the wings appetizer it was a bit on the salty side and I asked to change it to light seasoning. It came back good. They have 2 portion size if you a small eater or large one. Good portion size either way.

Was super excited that Longhorn opened up in Albany area! We have dined in and ordered takeout. The food is always great and the manager is super nice! Very friendly staff.

Went for my brother birthday last night 5/5/22Wait to get in was about 10-15min which was ok. Once we were seated I kind of didn’t understand why it was a wait when there were so many tables available but I was ok with it so we’re seated and we waited about 10 to 15 minutes for a waiter that never came. So as a random waiter went by I stop him and ask could he find the waitress for our table and said sure and also took our drink order. When he came back he said I’ll be your waiter looks like your original waitress is busy. Which she eyed our table several times as she walked and circle doing a bunch of nothing and didn’t say anything so he said I’ll be your waiter. Which I’m glad he step up he was nice. Food was good would of been better if it wasn’t luke warm so 2stars for me won’t be back. I don’t even have my receipt or check number to follow up about the service cause I was so upset I just paid for my food and left. Definitely needs to work on customer service. (Because I definitely felt like our original waitress has a problem with race it was funny that she helped all her Caucasian customers but when it comes to the African-American once she was too busy)

One of the best steak’s I’ve ever had. Service is great and the food comes out quick. LongHorn Steakhouse is typically always great but this store is one of the best I’ve ever visited. Hot bread, cold beer, and a great steak. Can’t beat it. May need to call ahead as they are typically busy every night of the week and wait times can be 45 minutes easy. But - 45min is typically 30min max. Worth the wait!

We had a 40 min wait time so when we got there they told us it would be another 40 minutes. ASLEY waited on us, she never brought us ours drinks, she never brought us our salads, everything came at the same time, she never came back, we wanted desert, she never asked us, just brought the bill, then it took her forever to come pick up the bill...food was good...but with the bad service leaves a bad taste in our mouths!

There is definitely a wait during the weekends especially. The longest I waited was about an hour and 20 minutes. But when we were able to get in the food was excellent! The only thing I did not like at all was the bloody Mary from the bar. It was terrible. Front end boys were very skilled and meticulous in what they were doing.. once seated the wait staff was great. And the busboys kept the tables clean. Definitely a place you need to go to maybe during the week. You're not weekend considering it's location.

The food was great and the service was friendly. The New York Strip is always on my mind, when ordering steak. Free dessert for my Birthday, as a reward member was an added bonus. Convenient location close to everything. I will definitely be back.

I went to the LongHorn Steakhouse on my birthday with 4 people and all things considered it was a very poor and disappointing visit. Let's start with the good things:- the whole place looked nice and was clean- our waitress was friendly- the food was plenty and not too expensive (everyone of us had a big steak and 2 big drinks and we payed about 50 dollars wich each). Now to the bad things:- we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated even though many tables were empty, I already read that in a few ratings so I was prepared and it wasn't to bad. I still don't get it why they would do it that way.- our table felt like it would fall apart it was constantly shaking because it just wasn't stable. We had one of the tables in the middle the booth's probably don't have this problem.- we drank the strawberry margarita because i also read in a rating that it is good and it was basically pure sugar, but this might just be my taste so no bad words there.- by far the worst part was the food, none of our steaks where cooked how we ordered it, three of us wanted medium and one wanted medium rare, the medium steaks were basically done and hard to eat and the medium rare one was a little past medium I'd say. So a steakhouse which can't cook steaks is a bit disappointing.- the food was in general way to salty, the steaks were barely fine for me because i like salt a lot but after a few bites it got worse and worse. But the sides were just on another level, we had a baked potato and the skin was basically just salt, the broccoli and a sweet potato which was fine because it is sweet itself so it counters the salt and fries which were uneatable because they were so salty. All in all a 4/10 I would not recommend going there.
