Today I did a thing ..I finally got to try Kitchen 216 and when I say the flavors from every dish I ordered were delicious and definitely on point
One of the BEST soul food spots in the 518! It's a MUST GO for me. I did stop by on 11/13 and they were out of fried wings. They were not offering any cornbread/muffins with dinners as a side. They don't have catfish either.Kitchen 216 is in the process of relocating to a new location so maybe that's why they have a limited menu.
This is a terrible establishment all around the wait was over an hour for the incorrect order. There is no manager nor organization. They got my order wrong twice. There was no customer service at all. It was too expensive for the terrible experience, lack of portion size, and professionalism. This is the second time this has happen to me. I do not recommend. I’m not even the type to post reviews. Everyone save yourselves the headache

Food is delicious. It’s just the fact that they’re almost always closed. Like “ hey we’ll be open these days from ___ to ___. Here’s our menu” and you get there and there’s a sign on the door or you call to place an order and it’s endless ringing. Very disappointing.
Never ever ever open. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Even on the days they say they are open THEY ARE NOT.
