Great neighborhood option. We were regulars before covid and it's good to be back.

We had the chicken curry and lamb gyro. The food was great, very tasty! The servers were attentive and polite. There was outdoor seating which was nice on a beautiful spring afternoon. Would recommend!

I love the atmosphere. It surpassed all of my expectations. The food was deliciously delicious and the staff are super friendly. Definitely I became a new customer there.

Very nice dinner for the family. I didn't think I liked babaganoush, but it was delicious and came with warm pita! We would welcome addition to the menu to include more vegan options, or to indicate which items could easily be modified to be vegan.

Brought a family member here for their birthday and we all really enjoyed the food. Our waitress was super friendly, professional, and attentive. Only piece of advice is to maybe offer some sort of Mediterranean birthday dessert, like a piece of baklava or something, but not a big deal. We will come back again!

Entrees were excellent. Wine was very good. Service was polite and attentive.

My family and I have had amazing meals every time we have been to Kismet. The babaganoush, shakshuka, and lamb are out of this world. The ambience is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely delicious food and a great place/atmosphere for a date night. Very reasonably priced for the quality of service and food. Our server was wonderful and friendly, even going as far as to pour our wine for us at the table, which is an old school touch I really appreciated. We started with the Mediterranean loaded fries which is an entree weirdly enough, but we asked if we could start with that as an appetizer which wasn't an issue. I went with a lamb Kavourma and she went with the chicken Kavourma, both of which tasted and looked amazing. There are a few sharable options and the individual portions are huge and presented well. I had expected the bill to be much worse but honestly it seemed really fair and we look forward to going back.

Food is delicious, but not too many options considering the variety of Turkish cuisine. This is our third time dining here, so obviously we do come back. However service this time wasn’t the greatest, some things that you would think are obvious weren’t so obedient like not getting sugar for the tea or not getting a spoon or something to stir the sugar; by the time we got the sugar and then 5 or more minutes later a spoon to stir the tea, it was cold. You can also see the spoon we got to stir the tea with, doesn’t fit lol but again things that should be obvious, weren’t.Prices are a bit steep for the portions you get, but the taste makes up for it, maybe? We had the Meze Trio, and the portions of that were way too little for the price. We also had the chicken gyro pita wrap, shish kebab lamb, and the classic gyro plate. All were good and reasonably priced.Atmosphere is nice, but it can get super loud. It’s a small place and a lot of people. Regardless, it’s a good experience once in a while.

Hands down one of the best Mediterranean cuisine restaurants in the Capital Region. Whether you are up to a meat plate (lamb chops are amazing) or you want a vegetarian option, Kismet’s menu has a great variety of delicious plates. On top of great food, the ambiance is very soothing and the staff super friendly.Definitely very recommended!
