Rude person took order at counter, out of many items, when we finally ordered something they actually had in stock, they took our money and served us mac and cheese bowls...WITHOUT TELLING US THEY HAD NO UTENSILS TO EAT WITH. Absolute DUMP of a KFC with TERRIBLE staff. Never again. Avoid this location and get something from a gas station, it's likely much better than this.
Rude staff. I waited at the register to make an order for over 5 mins and no one helped me and when I asked is anyone going to take my order they just ignores me like I didn't exist. But looking at the reviews I see I'm not the only person talking about this rude staff
Ordered a famous bowl and an original chicken breast at the drive-thru. Got home and found that they gave me a crispy chicken breast, the famous bowl had no gravy and they forgot the cookie. It was edible but not what I wanted. Disappointing experience. Employee at the window was friendly, so that earned them a couple of stars. Otherwise, thumbs down.
The most disgusting food establishment I've ever walked into. Everything looked crusty, trash all over the floor on the inside. It smelled like old grease. Still considering calling health department on this place. If the parts I could see were so disgusting I don't want to imagine what the parts I couldn't see looked like. FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL WELL BEING STAY AWAY.
You know what would be great? What would be amazing as a matter of fact? NOT FORGETTING THE ENTIRE DINNER BUCKET OF CHICKEN WHEN YOU PUT TOGETHER THE DELIVERY ORDER FOR UBER AND RUINING MY FAMILY’S SUNDAY MEAL. Thanks for nothing!!!
Tiniest chicken servings I’ve ever seen. The thighs and the drums are for toddlers! Also No option to choose for other chicken parts for online orders. Staff did not even care to do anything when I showed them how ridiculous the 12-piece BUCKET of chicken looks like.I always loved KFC but so disappointed with the declining quality of their food and services.
The staff is sitting on the table on which food is preparedNot very happy with the service the hall guy didn’t greeted me well while I was ordering and was making fun of my short heightWouldn’t come back here until the premises gets into discipline
The staff was great and friendly. But the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. Fishy tasting. The chicken just didn't taste right. No ice in the soda fountain. And the men's room was out of order.

Spent $83 got home and didn't have what ordered but what they wanted to give me. Was told to swing around by manager and had to tell her I'd give her my name for compensation when I'm that way again. Actually they can keep it. Won't go back and will advise anyone to not use the drive thru. If they say they'll bring it out to you chk your food before they go back in the store
