Courteous staff. The classic chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches were perfect and made fresh to order. The tacos from the taco bell side were good too. Nice to see people striving for excellence. Keep it up folks ???
Service was good at counter...watched the guy who packed our chicken literally smash the lid to the bucket down crushing our chicken and making the breading super greasy and soggy...ehhh...not the best kfc
The chicken is dried out and burnt the service is poor if anyone out of town visiting Albany do not eat at this KFC the staff is not friendly the staff doesn’t have great people skills the service sucks everyone of the staff should be fired
I am extremely dissatisfied. I ordered an eight piece of drums and thighs and got mostly wings. No legs and 1 breast and 2 drums. They were old. Hard. Extremely greasy. The biscuits we extremely hard. I asked for Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. I got the MP and Gravy but it had 1 maceroni noodle on top on the MP and no Mac. I asked for a half gallon of Sierra Mist and got a small cup. Spent over $50 for my order and got trash. Why would y'all send someone this? Y'all need help. This is absolutely disgusting!!! I only make reviews when I'm extremely bothered... Well this definitely disturbed me because this trash was for my kids.
This s...t is Terrible I have a right to be angry living 5 miles away and get Home and this what I received. On top of that there was no Mgr and the woman in charge hung up the phone on me !,I will contact the corporate office and I WILL BLAST you for the customer service!!!!!
8 pc family meal come with biscuits,I got 0 ,I asked for mashed with gravy as it says on menu they acted like the gravy was a extra side did not give to me! Dry patatos Brown corn! Never been impressed with this store it should go out of business..worst store KFC around.
The lights are out a girl was sitting on the sales counter laughing at something in her phone I another female was sleep behind the register with no mask on while the girl who was helping was blatantly ignoring my questions I don’t think anything anyone should spend there money here clearly the own doesn’t care who they employ which makes me question everything else this was my visit on Friday January 14 2022 wow
15 minute wait with only one car in front of me. Women waiting on my was rude and disrespectful. She wasn't giving me her full attention and messed up my order and then proceeded to yell at me. Never going back!!
