Jersey Mike’s never disappoints. And this location is one of the best. Their manager Annie and her newest hire Jaden were so accommodating. Annie is the kind of manager every person training for a job should have. Kind, caring, and willing to work just as hard as the people that are training! Kudos to this location for being so clean and efficient too
I ordered a regular tuna on wheat bread, the next thing I know the girl is making me a giant on white bread. I told her that isn't what i ordered, she said it was, of which i didn't feel like arguing with her and said go ahead I'll pay for a giant and give the other half to a homeless person. The manager was nice enough to intervene and only charge me for a regular. What planet am I living on? I doubt I will ever go back, since I speak English, but they must hear you in pig-Latin.

I ordered a sandwich for my friend and myself through their online system. I ordered a hot sub of buffalo chicken. I am allergic to blue cheese, so I specifically requested that the sandwich not have blue cheese on it. Also not a giant fan of tomatoes, so I requested the sandwich without that on it either. It literally came and had BOTH ingredients on it. I had to throw out the lunch I paid for because they could not read that I did NOT check the box next to Blue Cheese.
