They were busy. But we had fast service. No one standing around, everyone doing their jobs to have that smooth turn over for the next customer. Friendly attitudes. We had French toast, so good.It had a diner feel to it. I enjoyed that.
The wait was a bit long due to the college graduation season. Not sure if the place is always packed like this but it was extremely busy during our visit. Parking may be a bit of a hassle depending on how full it is. The establishment was clean and so was the bathroom. We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the food for this review?. The Tres Leches Pancakes (Pictured) is to die for ?. I usually get the Cinnastack Pancakes but it looks like it has been discontinued .The Manager was pretty awesome. She was very hands on and was being a leader and not a boss. She personally catered to us and made sure that we enjoyed our time and meal, and at the end she didn't allow us to pay due to the fact that we were in uniform there for lunch. Huge shout out to her for supporting us especially leading up to the Memorial Day time period ??. My party and I are extremely grateful ?. Other members of the staff were also very courteous and respectful, to include the host. Will definitely be visiting again.
Gigi was very attentive. Made sure that we had everything we needed. She keep che king on us to make sure we where good and didn't need any thing. Made my mom fresh decaf coffee and made sure that it was alright not to strong or anything
I went to dinner there with my work crew this week and the service was amazing. All the staff were really friendly and personable. They were very professional and on point with all of our orders. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you're in the area you have to go!!! I promise you will not be disappointed. Our waitress was awesome and a really down to earth person. She was funny and spoke her mind.. Also, the girl busting tables was very friendly and beautiful ? with a pretty smile! I definitely plan on going back! BEST ? EVER!!
Overall great food and customer service but the waitress did pull something sneaky in my opinion. Our meal came to about 28 dollars so we tipped 6 dollars in cash and gave her a debit card to pay the bill she charged our debit card an extra 7 dollars and we get notified the amount that’s charged on our card to our phone when I asked about it she said she had no idea why it said that but I think she was embarrassed she got caught so be careful when you pay tip in cash and card for the bill !
Sunday breakfast it was pretty busy..our sever had a very smart mouth..she was aggressive before we even had a table..her name was Stacey..she did hook the kids pancakes up.. but her attitude could have been much better.she was yelling at the cooks and all
Ordered sausage cheese and Hash browns bowl.. food tasted good for two minutes then was ice cold. No IR heat lamps in the kitchen?? Ordered Rye Toast also. Toast i said!! When it came out there wasnt a burn mark on it and it wasnt even crunchy , kinda doughy!! I love Rye Bread.. The waitress said theyre taking Rye Bread off the menu and the button was removed from Computer… WHAT!!!! No Rye Bread!!! Because i asked for Rye Bread toasted the waitress took it back to the kitchen.. 5 minutes later it came out with toast marks galore!! I tasted the Rye Bread and it was awful..they put it on the grill and it now tasted like an oily mess ..who in there right mind puts Rye Bread on the grill in oil? What happened to TOASTERS??? We dont use them anymore?? The only item that was originally hot was the coffee!! Not interested in IHOP anymore..wheres management?
Overall great experience. Food was great. Try to avoid busy times because there isn’t enough staff to keep up with a full house.
I could not be more disappointed and I will never go here again. I came at 8:30, the close time is 10. They denied me service while there was only one table sitting that had just ordered and we had to change plans. I drove an hour for my birthday for this specific facility and even while telling them they still denied me. While they were denying me service a man was putting his hand in my face trying to explain they are not taking in house orders. They would do take out but what is the difference if the issue was a lack of chefs??? This ihop was such a disappointment and it honestly ruined my birthday.
My family and I went here for our son's 10th birthday he wanted to go here...Our waitress was very nice and she made our son a birthday milkshake it was really good. The food was good really like the French toast. It was a nice time ...
