We’ve ordered from here a couple times this past year and while what we “end up with” is pretty good it always seems to be missing something. We typically get wraps, buffalo chicken seems to be our go to. The first time, we added tomatoes and onions when ordering however neither were added to the wrap when we get home. The next time we were missing the blue cheese dressing on the side. Tonight I made sure to confirm with the gentleman taking our order that the wrap came with blue cheese crumbles on the wrap and the dressing on the side. When I got home we were missing both the crumbles and the dressing making the wrap dry. If they were able to make the order complete this would easily be a four star review. The food is good but these oversights really take me out of it.
Save your money and go somewhere that your business is appreciated. Have been a long time customer but will never order from here again. Staff is rude and gave me zero options beyond paying for my food again after an issue with their own online ordering system. I understand things happen but the lack of effort for any type of accommodation or even an apology after having my time and money wasted was a slap in the face. Neither their 3rd party vendor or store want to step up and rectify the issue so I’ll be having more of my time wasted. I wish I could give zero stars.
Owner and upper management have reached out to me and made right what has been done wrong. They are sincerely sorry for my experience and are fiercely working to ensure this does not happen again by training and problem solving with their managers. I was able to get to the bottom of the charges made to my card and everything. I love love pizza Bella in West gate and will continue to be a customer. ??
Very delicious food served hot. I just had the buffalo chicken pizza and garlic parm wings and they were the best around the staff were also very warm and friendly! I am a repeat customer and will definitely keep coming back :)

Absolute worst gluten free pizza I’ve ever had by a landslide. The crust was so thick and awful it was inedible and the cheese and sauce was tasteless. Don’t waste $16 on this pizza please. Wish I could give zero stars.
Been there often. Meatball sub ok, but with cheap frozen meatballs. Most times good. Recently went for an order. I asked for a cheeseburger sub cooked rare. I got a cheeseburger and the receipt printed with " Cook Real". Male taking order "no good english". The burger was inedible. Thrown out. Prices have gone off the scale. $26. for a large pizza? Won't be back.
My family and I always order from here but the past two times I've had the worst customer service from them. We ordered a large pizza and bbq boneless wings, they gave me mild wings. Then I called to see if they can correct the order and the driver goes to the wrong address and drops it off.... bruh how ion know. So then they just offered a credit for the next time I order. So boom I call to order my bbq boneless wings and there still charging me the delivery fee, they said manager can speak to me, never even spoke to me. I feel like I'm still paying for a mistake y'all made .... the customer service is just decreasing even though the food is great the service is wack. Not professional at all.

I first ordered chicken Teriyaki through Uber eats but that pizza was very sweet, I spoke the owner and he was so generous and nice to replace my pizza with Veggie lovers. What an amazing pizza I had here. This is the first time I am eating pizza from Golden grains but I'm sure anytime I want to eat pizza I will go for Golden grains because the taste is so perfect and it was well baked. Thank you .
