Short handed and poor attitude from workers seem to be standard for this location. At least they are consistant.Annoying that they don't even bother to put a frosted donut in the bag with the frosting facing up.
Extremely rude everytime I come here, messed up my drink order and now they’re charging for a cup of ice water?They did remake my drink otherwise 1 star.
Probably one of the best Dunkin donuts in the area, employees are always nice. They keep it very clean and they're quick!
Worst Dunkin ever the floor in the lobby was disgusting the counter wasn't any better the customer service was very poor got the feeling I was bugging the workers because I wanted coffee I will never come to this Dunkin again.
I mean, it’s coffee and mass-produced doughnuts. What is there to say? The coffee is better than Starbucks, but if you get anything beyond black coffee they’re bound to screw it up. So I guess…take your chances.
Worst place ever. Will never return. Ordered a green matcha tea. Got to work. Worst possible drink. Went back after work with full beverage and treated badly It was a free beverage through rewards and because I didn'thaven't a receipt would not even acknowledge me. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE
The staff there is great and that's saying something as some days it appears only 3-4 are there and others full staff. They know me and 9/10 always say Hi!
Service sucks. Went there on three occasions and the person in the morning ignored me each time. I'm just trying to spend some money and couldn't. Why I ask?
Why do they have a make shift sign everyday stating drive thru only when you enter? I have walked in several times in the past few months just to be told you can’t order here. Today there was a line of people ordering inside but I was told I had to leave the line and go to the drive thru because I have a car. What is going on with this place?!
I created this account specifically to write a review because I am dumbfounded by how horrible my service was. I was going through the drive-thru, and after I ordered I realized I had forgotten to order an ice water. when I got to the window, I asked if I could add an ice water to my order. They refused to give us a water, unless we got back in line. May I add, that they were NOT nice about it either. Very rude. Then we proceeded to wait at the window for our food for a couple minutes. In that couple minutes they could've just made a WATER. We even offered cash. I would understand if it was an extra food item or coffee, but a simple water? I will never be coming here again.
