The service here is terrible. I politely asked who was management and I was directed at people in black shirts. Now normally I don’t have issues with Dunkin but management is very rude and terrible disorganized. This place needs better management and organizational skills
Faith the manager was very rude this am. Also I bought munchkins and received 6 when I should of gotten 10 and put in a bag not a cup or carton. When I went back in to let them Know Faith threw in 4 more and no apology . I’m so surprised . But I did say to all have a good weekend!! Maybe I’ll try again there another time
Just came from upsetting appt. Found out I'm newly diabetic but lilly your worker who if she is not should be a manager she in 10 min picked my spirits up made me smile and was so knowledgeable on what I could eat or not she went above and beyond her job profile to help a stranger keep her we need so many more like her let's talk cloning lol Thanks lilly like the flower
awful service. the employees were rude. food was cold and they kept side-eyeing me as i got my order.
they close the lobby way too early and they messed up every drink
I keep giving this location a try. In between bad experiences, I prefer to drive a few miles to other Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve only received poor customer service on one occasion, which could have just been a bad day. My main complaint is that they run out of standard items too often, which is extremely annoying to find out after you’ve already waited in line for a long time.
We love our Dunkin Donuts unfortunately we don't go there a lot because the prices are ridiculous you're not giving out gold people it's just the name so we settled for the next best thing was just Stewart's cuz we love Stewart's coffee and it certainly doesn't cost you an arm and a leg to get a cup of coffee
