It should not take 23 minutes to go through a drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of you. There’s no reason for this, nor is there any reason for them to get a 2 item order of iced-coffee and a breakfast wrap WRONG when you told them at the menu board and again at the pick-up window what the order was. No business can be this bad unless they are intentionally TRYING to be. I’m normally a patient guy, but this is beyond ridiculous! Avoid this place unless you have absolutely nowhere else to be.

The man working made the perfect coffees. Fresh brewed hot decaf and a perfectly made macchiato. He did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.
Got a breakfast sandwich everything was hot except the cheese a cold piece of cheese just was throw on top !!! General managers need to be present while employees work or shut down !!!!
Every single time I go this dunkin they don’t give me my change. I don’t care if it’s a penny or a quarter I want my change and I was told there was no change? Get change then? Extremely bad attitude when I asked for my change. I shouldn’t have to ask .
The food is fine and fast, but im not sure whos order they keep giving me.

I had the loveliest experience with the drive through worker. I didn’t catch his name but he seemed to be in his 20s, very freckly. He was so sweet. He told me to have a beautiful day and to drive safe. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a Dunkin in a long time. Thank you so much! You made my day!
Employees at this store and for the most part, not all, are rude and unprofessional. There has not been a time when I come to this store when this is not the case or my order doesn't get messed up. I always ignore it because I don't want extra bodily fluids in my coffee. But that's it. I will rather drive to another store or not have coffee, even though I work across the street.
