Always mess up my order. The staff should learn customer service and always out of donuts and expensive.
Too long of a wait sometimes.Only Dunkin donuts in the area that does not burn your order.
Get these people more help, one girl working the counter and countless online orders as well as people waiting in line. The people that work here need more than one person working 5-close they are always busy.
If I could I would give negative stars for this branch. It's been 2 years since I have been going to this branch. The morning staff people are the absolute worse. They have no sense of customer service and have treated people like they are nothing. They are always late and always mess up. I used to let it go before as it can happen sometimes but it is always the same. I am taking my business else where because they have the worse morning staff.
Food is usually good, but this time I had a bad experience. Firstly, the line was so long, which took around 10 mins in total from the time I entered, to when I got my food. Part of the reasoning for this might be the ridiculous policy this restaurant has (or some employees have) for counterfeit testing cash. When I got up to the counter to pay, I handed the clerk a nice, crisp $20 bill, which she then proceeded to make sure was real. This policy is absolutely ridiculous and a smack in the face to the person they are testing it for. Give me a break, if I had counterfeit currency, I would most certainly not be going to Dunkin Donuts!
So fast that I like to give them 5 stars for being so fast with the food. But then they do never toast the bagel good enough. Love DD, love that it is everywhere.

They always make your food in a reasonable amount of time and I've never had my order screwed up. It can be busy sometimes and is kind of hard to hear. But overall it's 100% worth it!

The DD at 1060 Madison Ave is so slow. I place my order online and when I get there it's still not ready (this has happened twice. . .very disappointing when you are on-the-go. This location is near a college so I'm guessing they probably get a lot of traffic because of this.
