Working too much slow waiting long time
Never anything prepared for night shift employee’s until 5am…. Food is always rushed, and burned…you can tell the staff does not care much
Drinks are very hit or miss. One day I ordered an iced coffee with oatmilk and equal. They handed me and unsweetened black coffee. It should be obvious to someone at a coffee shop that a drink was made wrong if its black, but calls for some form of creamer.
They are friendly, and efficient.
My daughter got an ice coffee and it tasted like it had chemicals in it.
The never give you the right order smh
It's located inside the hospital near the ER and is 24 hours which was great for us staying across the street at the Hilton Garden. We went late and they had a good variety of donuts, the coffee was great.
An employee named Bisma is extremely rude and always makes my drink horrible. She actually smiled and took pleasure in telling me the latte machine was broken. Most of the time, If I see her working I will turn around and go somewhere else. Good luck to this location if they keep that poison around.
