two front-end staff taking 20min. trying to figure out how to ring out 9 donuts while there's huge line forming. 'nuff said.
It was my first time ever at Dunkin Donuts!! And I’m not disappointed! While I had my layover Albany, I came over to try something good! I had the Grilled Tomato Pesto and Mango Pineapple Refresher! It was actually really good! I wish I could’ve asked to go easy on the ice, most of the cup was filled with the ice, but still it was really good!!! It’s very clean! Easy to find and staff is friendly! Only downside is they don’t have restroom or any hand washing station, but I will definitely visit again!!
Was buying food for a homeless person and the employees were so rude and thoughtless. I'd give them less than one star if I could. Can't buy tact I guess.
Good food & drinks but rude customer service. there’s this black girl who stands in the back and just glares at everyone. When she called out my order and I went to pick it up, she looked me up and down while glowering and slowly backed away. Weird. Don’t like your job? find something else. Do better.
Didn't like the fact that they had no restroom but good coffee and food and friendly staff
Long line, but only two staff on. I don't blame the employees, they were doing great.
Top 3 worst dunkin donuts of all time... I'm not even being slightly dramatic. Place is always FILTHY, NO ONE can remember your order let alone get it right. AND there is either only 1 or 2 people on staff every morning when it's the busiest! Completely the owners fault 100% it doesn't matter if your employees don't show up, it's still your fault! You're the owner! Stop what you're doing and get your A** down there when someone calls out.
I stop at this Dunkin location usually Monday early in the morning ion my way to work in much need of an extra large cup of coffee. The staff is always polite and it's not typically busy yet. At times when it is busy they work together like a well oiled machine keeping people moving and maintaining very good customer service.
The only people that seem to be more awake than I am in the morning, are the fantastic people that work here. The drinks are made to perfection.
This place is beyond unsanitary! They need to start makin employees wear hair nets cause i found 3 pieces of hair 2 in my food & 1 in my drink… not only that but my order was wrong the both times i went there & the manager is beyond rude & unprofessional
