I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit refresher at the drive thru. I pull up to the window and a less then friendly looking employee goes to hand it to me. There was not much strawberry/dragon fruit only in the very bottom. I asked if she could put more strawberry/dragonfruit in it. She looks annoyed and says well this is the way it's supposed to be made. I said I understand that, but I had COVID and can't taste... before I finished my comment, she turns her back and she says well if you can't taste what is adding more going to do? I yelled in and asked for a manager, none came. She came back, with it made perfect I might add, then says have a nice day in an f'off tone, I said you too, but I need a straw, which she never gave me when the came back with my drink. I have never had an employee so rude about this request, actually none have ever been rude. If things aren't really sweet or salty I can't taste them very well so I need things stronger flavored, and if I'm paying almost $4 a cup sometimes 2-3 times a day, I don't see an issue with asking for it to be made so I can enjoy it. If that is the miserable face/attitude they are willing to have employed as the face of their establishment, I will wait next time and spend my money at a different DD...
I went to this Dunkin to order a free drink for my birthday. I am a rewards member and give this location my business regularly. I did not realize that you needed the reward on your phone but instead of explaining that to me, the lady in the drive through replied with “no” when I asked for the free drink and gave me no other explanation or context. Extremely rude and unprofessional and I will not be giving them my business ever again.
Good service but it sure needs some help with the furnishings. Worn and a bit unkempt.
DISRESPECTFUL workers that are dismissive. if i could give this place no stars i would. idk if it’s college kids working here trying to make ends meet but at the end of the day it’s a job and you should show up with some sort of decency. i wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my drink. they messed up my orders quite a few times and when i asked for it to be made the way i specified it, all i got in return was teeth sucking… loud mouths and disrespect coming from all different directions. people don’t have a choice but to come to this location because of how close it is to UAlbany and the extension. do your job right or don’t work at all. cold food, watered down drinks, and no effort into making the food appetizing. either Dunkin shuts this location down or they replace it with new staff because this experience is unbearable.
This is hands down the worst Dunkin in Albany. Staffs terrible, seems like they all hate being there. Management is non existent. They’ll consistently mess up your order and not care, sometimes seems like they do it purposefully but no worries I wont be going back here. Ive received burnt food countless times, cold food which is weird since this is fast food, a latte that had no coffee/espresso in it…must i continue…FYI all the other Dunkin’s in Albany are actually pretty good…except this one.
Best coffee ever. Drive through speaker needs an adjustment, hard to understand.
Good when they're open. Not good when they don't fully list their hours (walking in 36 degree weather to them to find they're closed despite their listed operating hours isn't fun)
The name is misleading, I thought this was a basketball court where i could eat donuts. horrible. 1 star.
They accepted a door dash order late at night and I get there only for them to tell me they don’t have donuts and that’s all the order was for. So why accept the order in the first place? Waste of time and money.
So helpful and very friendly..
