Great atmosphere,food and spirits. I highly recommend if you are in the Albany, Schenectady or Saratoga Springs area. Only suggestion I would recommend is to go hungry ?

Good food, good atmosphere and a place we have previously enjoyed. HORRIBLE WAITRESS. Hostess was nice, girl who actually brought our food was nice, but our waitress was one of the worst we have ever had and we had ended up leaving after appetizers and finding dinner elsewhere - she was that inattentive. She stopped briefly and with a bored expression to ask about drinks and we thankfully also requested appetizers at that point since after she delivered the waters she didn’t return for a solid 20 minutes! We saw her snacking with other staff from a distance but my husband had to go to the bar to get drink refills and we decided that was enough. Not busy time of night and zero excuses for that poor service.
Friday night we came to this restaurant before a show at the egg and my friends and I all had 2 drinks each. We asked for another drink after that and the waiter (Nick) comes over and says he got permission from his manager to cut us off because we had 2 drinks in 2 hours. We explained we are 30 year old moms and not immature girls and he said how about a beer instead of another drink? Basically telling us women what to drink. He said “he’s seen this with too many ladies before” please keep in mind we also had 3 appetizers and 2 meals sharing amongst us. That’s a lot of food in 2 hours with 2 drinks each. We immediately called our Uber and left. Never again will we be coming to this establishment that used to be our favorite. We were scared to even ask to speak to a manager or he would’ve taken it as us being insubordinate. Please reevaluate your servers and update them in sexism and your drinking policy at the Albany brewery
Very good beer. Beer cheese with pretzels was very good. Really good Mac-n-chz. Very good fried chicken sandwich. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Sat at the bar for a quick dinner with some drinks. Amazing vibe inside accompanied by indoor fire pits. Very large size potions and amazing menu options for both food and beer. Highly recommend if spending time in Albany.

We had a group of 4 that came into Albany from out of town. Paige, Kendra and Kayla were the most genuine, hard working and welcoming people we have come across. They are the reason that we come back to places when we come into town. We will always come to Druthers when in Albany, especially with the staff they have on hand!
We grabbed dinner here the night we stayed in Albany. We ordered the bbq pork mac & cheese and the chicken wings. The mac and cheese was excellent, and the chicken wings were PHENOMINAL, huge and juicy. If you go to Albany and you don't eat here, you are really missing out!
