I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to where I live. Gave it 2 tries months apart but both times were equally as bad. The food looked kind of old and unappetizing. Chicken broccoli looked dry. I just felt dirty while eating in there and a little skeeved out by how unappetizing everything looked. I pretty much have avoided this place since. The place definitely needs some love.
The food is average. The service is terrible. We came as a group of 50 people with reservation, one of the waitress is rude. Her attitude is like we are beggars and not customers. When we ask for hot tea, she was yelling at us that there is no tea choose only sprite or Pepsi. Same for when we are asking for ice. Terrible, terrible service. I would not recommend this for anyone.
Pleasantly surprised with food served at this buffet. They had a nice selection of seafood. Food was plentiful when we dined here for early dinner on Saturday. They have hibachi, so your food can be cooked to order. Guaranteed that will be hot! They also serve soup noodles upon request that will be steaming hot! Just let the waitress know what you want to order. Enjoyed their ice cream for dessert. The ice cream is located behind a half wall and is worth the search!
Horrible do not recommend. If u could give less than 1 star I would. Went with my kids thinking it would be a fun experience , trying to look past how dingy the building was. The floors were sticky, there was mold growing on the ceiling. All the windows were broken, and the food was not ediable. Realizing we made a mistake, we got our check and it was $75 . We left hungry and upset, and out $75. Fml
Thought we would try this again! Big mistake., nothing changed! No heat in the whole restaurant! Everyone ate with their coats on! At least 10 dishes that are supposed to be served hot were cold. YES ,they were in the hot a Steam table, but no steam on that half was working. When it was mentioned to employees they said, " YES, YES, IT NOT WORKING"..Well then it shouldn't have been out to serve!. My advice, stay home, other wise you'll be under a blanket and pepto will be your best friend as it is mine right now!
While the food was good. The rest room was very gross with vomit ? all over. And no one working there seemed happy or pleasant at all ..
Food looked and tasted old I wouldn't be surprised if they scraped the uneaten portions from your food back into pans in the kitchen. They dont make people wear mask or offer plastic dinnerware. The selection was bare minimum to say the least.
The servers are nice but the food was horrible. Some was cold. Some tastes spoiled and most of the dishes had the wrong name listed so we didn't know what we were eating.the ice cream was good but they only had 3 of the 7 flavors listed
I had not been to this place since before covid and it really gone down hill..the hibachi was good but everything already cooked was really old and cold. I'm really ?. The only reason I am not giving it a one is because the staff was very nice and the place was clean.
This place is an okayish place with super ridiculous staff. Five of us went on dining (buffet) where the waitress didn’t have to do much except serving water and removing empty dishes. There were only 3 pieces of Sushi and later the chef made some for us upon the request. However, there was only one type of sushi to choose from. We rounded up the amount to have a tip of approximately $7. The waitress was extremely rude towards us asking for more money. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and not acceptable at all.Food was okay. Service is not recommended.
