I ordered online for pickup and was really pleased with everything. My food was ready 15 minutes after I placed the order. I ordered an Italian sub. Everything was fresh and good, from the bread to the meat to the veggies. Could not have been better.

Wife and I enjoy there food very much but with all the surcharges when you get delivery.....2 subs should not cost $45. Nice knowing you DiBellas
I live 25-30 minutes away from DiBella's Subs.They make the best sub sandwiches. It's definitely worth the trip! Their staff are very friendly!
Sometimes my coworkers unfortunately choose this place for lunch. Today was the 4th or 5th time in the past year or so that they left off ingredients that come with the sandwich. Today it was peppers and onions. Last time it was cheese. That’s right, no cheese on a cheesesteak. What a silly world.
I was there around 3:15pm on 4/14 my number was 81. Please see who cashed me out, I believe he was a manager, but he also made my sub and screwed it up royally. It was a very simple sub with oil and dressing on the side and bacon. I drove out of my way to get a sub and I got home, an hour away with an uneatable sub. He did not put the bacon on it and put on a spicy dressing on it that I did not ask for or liked at all and I had to throw it all out. He should not be working there if he is incompetent of making simple subs for people. I will also dispute my credit card transaction as well for services not received. I would warn all patrons to put their sub on a credit card in case they screw up your sub too, you can get your money back that way.
So lately I've been ordering Dibellas again after a long hiatus due to getting inedible sandwiches. I haven't had them in over two years. Let's just say I've started ordering again two weeks ago and haven't stopped since. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious! However I've just ordered my sandwich and sides for delivery, and now it's stating that this location has stopped participating in the rewards program? Why? That's also a major reason I've been ordering. The fairness of the program. Looks like after this, I'll be back on another extended leave. This time without wanting to participate?.
your app is the absolute worst app out there for ordering food. until you completely overhaul it, I will no longer order from you. answering a captcha AND having to log in EVERY TIME just to order a sub? GTFOH Dibelas. Fire your UI designer and start over!
We love DiBellas Subs in Guilderland, NY. Now my 3 year old son loves them too. He took my wife’s corned beef from her and made her eat the ham. He also told her the bread is “so cool” and “don’t eat my bread!” We think you have a new customer for life!
The subs are always fabulous, but whoever was working today (02/22/22) at the Western location at 3ish was wonderful and I hope she has a wonderful day and is getting paid enough.
