Our visit was amazing... Cheese eggs and pancakes where wonderful, coffee excellent, all the people was so kind with us... We just loved our visit and of course, the food.
terrible service. argued about giving us the correct ounces for my bf diabetic child so she could give her carbs to drink her soda. went to go pay he took my receipt and threw it away than had to find a "manager" to pay again she than clicked the button and said go ahead and walled away again so therefor I did not tip and the old man yelled they didn't even tip across the room to another employee. I was going to tip after all that terrible service until he couldn't even stand there to make sure the payment went thru which is his job and is not my job to find someone to pay again
I guess we were expecting to much! It's a Denny's I get that, greasy spoon joint right from the start. No one in the place upon arrival on a Sunday morning, things were still slow. Hygiene was way off but you get that going in! The condition of the restaurant was terrible, ever table in the place had brown duct tape on at least 1 seat. Some had layers of tape and they were still worn through. I would think Denny's would do a little better!!! The food was eatable just what you expect from a Denny's.
Everything is very tasty... attendants are polite and helpful and the place is very clean.
Quick breakfast place. Attentive service, great food. We thought it was a bit better than some neighboring Denny’s locations!
Great customer service, food was delicious, and everything came in a timely manner. The lady who took our orders made a mistake but corrected it right away. My guest can be indecisive about what she wants to eat and drink. The waitress was very patient and even gave suggestions. Rarely had to ask for a refill. My food was great for a franchised restaurant.

Best Denny’s restaurant I’ve ever been to. Perhaps it was the person waiting on the checkout counter taking orders to go. But she was so kind knowing I had to eat gluten-free that she offered substitutions without qualms. She filled my travel mug and gave me an extra sugar packet “just in case” because I told her we were traveling. We ate here twice as takeout and food was hot and cooked appropriately both times. I highly recommend this Denny’s if you’re traveling by the airport in Albany. Just goes to prove that employees make the place. To Denny’s mgmt: Keep this employee and give her a raise.
terrible service, slow service, server keeps going outside to smoke. Have to ask for the bill, with was not ready. oh, there was 2 tables going. not like it was busy, but I see why it wasn't, the service sucks.
I ordered a cheeseburger. I was terrible. Everything on the burger taste burnt. As far as I could tell the burger wasn't burnt. They must have burned something on the grill which made everything taste burnt except for the fries.The wait staff were excellent.
