Their lunch special is incredible. It lasts me for 3 meals. It comes with appetizer, main dish, rice, Naan, rice pudding, and sauces. All very very good and so flavorful.
Delicious! A great dinner at an awesome price.I've been trying to call in my take out orders when possible save restaurant owners fees from on-line ordering systems. I admit I struggled somewhat as I had a hard time understanding the person I was speaking with. But I'm happy I persisted as we were quite pleased with our entire dinner. We ordered their Special @ $16.95 which included an appetizer, an entrée, Basmati rice, Naan, cucumber raita, mango chutney, and rice pudding. My dinner companion chose the samosa appetizer and Chicken Vindaloo (mild). I chose the samosa appetizer as well (for ease of ordering) and beef Rogan Josh. The spices of the dishes were delicious. Both had large chunks of boneless meat. My beef wasn't the most tender but, again, for the price and flavor, it was quite good. Each of our meals came with two large samosas which were loaded with potatoes and peas. Along with the raita and chutney, we found other sauces and peppers which complimented our dishes nicely. The Naan bread was still piping hot and the rice cooked to perfection. Even the rice pudding was good...probably the best I've had though I haven't been to too many Indian restaurants. We'll definitely be ordering from Curry Leaf again and again. The picture is 1/2 portion of one of the rice orders, one of the two samosas, about 2/3 portion of Rogan Josh topped with the side of peppers, along with accompanying sauces.
Yummy buffet. My one complaint would be you cant take your leftovers home.2022 Edit: I had a bad experience with this restaurant today on my birthday. I missed the call for my grubhub delivery and the man(at curry leaf) said they would deliver in 10 mins. Apparently he had told me to pick up the food even though i said no i can't i need it delivered. I called back to see if there was any chance for delivery and he said call grubhub, don't call here anymore and hung up on me. It was mildly rude and i felt a bit hurt to be talked to like that. I will not be ordering from curry leaf again.
The food was delicious, it was a bit of a wait but to was definitely worth it.
Went here for lunch. We were the only diners that time. The naan and the rice we ordered were good. But they don’t have a drinks collection and the only choice you have are some second rate bottled soft drinks. The interior can improve. They served a pretty big portion so brought back leftovers.
Tried two locations of Indian and this place was better. Their food has more flavor and richness. Ordered the butter chicken, basmati rice and garlic Naan. It was so tasty I doubled back a few hours later for another ordered. Its a bit of a wait for your food but well worth the 10 min wait. My suggestions to the restaurant is adding a free beverage with every lunch order. 10/10 recommend.
The food is authentic. And so is the diarrhea!I have a feeling that in the back there is a sink filled with bleach water and random dirty dishes. I also have a feeling the cooks use this same sink to rinse their hands before returning to cooking. The people are friendly and the food is good, but I’ll avoid the gastrointestinal distress.
Restaurant is not really located in a good location nor have a good ambience. However, I just ordered a small item, it does taste really good.
Loved my salmon tiki masala and garlic Naan.
Simply amazing Indian cuisine, for such reasonably cheap price. Please check this one out
