Great food as always! It sucks when there is no electric sockets for working on laptop. Free wifi. But sucks as a place to work nationwide. So I stop eating here and go to Bountiful Bread instead. Or even Boston Market is better for doing some quick work on PC.
They’re lovely workers, I guess, but I count 8 workers at rush hour right now and their mobile pickup is always about 15min late. And the orders are never racked at mobile pickup. Don’t mark my order as ready if it’s not ready. I hate to leave a snarky review, but this is the 4th time in like three months.
Not much of an Entrée the container was half empty/ half filled/ half prepared…? Felt like I should have been charged 1/2 off.
I was surprised that onions and peppers were added to the menu. I enjoyed the bowls before, but this made it better.
The Food was amazing! The atmosphere was great! We ordered $97 worth of food which were 5 steak bowls. Two of those bowls were ordered with extra steak. We pay and leave. Once home I pass out the bowls because each container states what's inside..... Unfortunately one of the regular bowls were mixed up with the double meat bowls and this was figured out after eating away at the layers. Now I feel like the A-Hole who messed up a $20 order except I wasn't the one to label it wrong. They obviously weren't going to switch orders after already eating them either. Better communication/Patience is needed with the employees so that labeling /bagging orders go more smoothly/accurately.
We are Chipotle super fans, so it sucks that this closest location to us seems really bad. Completely mixed up our orders (put meat in what was supposed to be a vegetarian bowl and added HOTTEST salsa to one that was supposed to have no salsa). Seems dirty and disorganized. Also really skimpy burrito bowls at this location. :-(
First time eating there.The food is good and tasty. I will definitely be back.
A great alternative to fast food. My family were in town from Texas and loved this restaurant and they know TEXMEX food. I recommend them because they're super clean and accommodating to really any combo you like--and the guacamole is homemade.
Arrived at busy lunch time. It was my first time visiting this particular Chipotle location. From the moment I walked in I found the setup at this location odd. You see when you enter and get in line for your food, you must then walk through the formed line of people waiting there to be served to get to the tables to sit down and eat. People half masked breathing and eye balling your food. I don't understand why they didn't have the service line swung in the other direction to avoid this. However, the servers were nice and accommodating, but as it was busy they should have had someone policing tables. The tables were all soiled, we used our hand sanitizer and napkins to clean a table. Not sure if I would visit this location again.
Giving it 5 stars cause the employees there are amazing. It’s also clean. My complaint is with chipotle itself. Guys. Imma fat girl. I always went to chipotle because it hit that fat girl craving. I get it everyone wants healthy food these days. I’m fine with it. But your losing the flavor. And no I don’t have covid. This has been progressing over the past few years. Please bring the flavor back guys. I love you. Lol. Still amazing though.
