I order mostly through the app and I've consistently had issues. Portions are either too much or too little. Rice consistently is either crunchy or super soft. Food is lukewarm when I pick it up too, I don't think it's ever been hot. The chicken has been chewy the last few times as well. Overall very disappointed in the quality from all of my orders. Hoping that it improves.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It was filthy. Every table was dirty, the food prep area was filthy, the floors were covered with litter, the drink machine area was covered in trash, no ice, no hot sauces, no utensils. All of the employees were in the back chatting away while a couple were working there tails off.It was 7pm on a Friday and they were out of steak and barbacoa. The glass along the food prep area looked to have old food splatterings that were dried up and crusty. I would guess they are older than 1 day.Never again.

The Worse chipotle I ever been I give it a 2 star just to cooperate but it deserve 1 first they not busy second the rice need it to cook more it’s kind hard or not well cook also the beens also the garbage is over full there stuff are kind low or missing more workers I kind not see the Manager around all well I hope I don’t get a stomach Ake. Good luck and God Bless ,I am Mexican and I know how it supposed to taste ‘

This Chipotle is the best in my area, by far!! 2 Wade Rd by far the worst. The bowls were fresh, full and accurate. They had our food on time as promised and everything was still hot. I will never visit another location again.

Not so much a fan of the Wolf Road location. Every time we order the white rice is so bland with no flavor at all...all other locations have the lime/cilantro white rice which helps give the food a bit more flavor. They never have lettuce and if they do its brown instead of green..not satisfied at all. Looks like it's time to find a new location

Went today and when I entered, I opened the Chipotle App. On there, I discovered there’s free chips with the purchase of an entree. Upon seeing this I’m happy and I think I’m going to get a good deal. I then try to proceed to do it, but I can’t because there’s bad cell service and of course there isn’t any wifi (but hey I guess Chipotle would need to jack up the prices even more to pay for that). As I’m walking up to order, I see (I presume the manager) telling a customer to get to the back of the line in a very nasty tone. When I finish my order, I ask if there’s any way I could get the free chips with the purchase of an entree, but I am told that it’s online only (absurd). I then proceed to say ahh, that’s too bad in a nice tone, to which the manager responds very nastily. On top of this, the music was blaring loud to the point where I couldn’t hear myself think!Overall, this Chipotle location is terrible establishment and I do not recommend going!

Absolutely my worst Chipotle experience ever. Besides the usual background music, a boom box or something was playing loud music. The cacophony of both was too much to try and carry on a decent conversation. The rice was bland and without seasoning, was overly moist and in clumps. No flavor. Was unable to finish the meal it was so bad and disappointing. The iced tea dispenser was empty. Tables dirty. Too much drama behind the counter. Again, the worst Chipotle experience ever!

First time ever going to a chipotle and will probably be my last. We found hair in our food, they had two different musics playing, one from the main speakers and one from a portable speaker that the staff brought. Every single table was absolutely covered, staff were sitting around on their phones instead of cleaning. One staff member was dealing with a cut/blister on her food that was bleeding that she was dealing with near the food instead of in the back away from the food. Go to the McDonald’s across the street you’ll probably have a better time.

Failure tonight with an hour left before closing. Staff texting while customers were waiting to order. After ordering steak dinners customers were tersely told that there were was no steak with no further information. No cheese was available further down the line leading to a wat to finish preparation. When paying in cash I was told that they did not give or have coins for change (they could not clarify if thus was a new policy). Overall, bad service, lack of preferred product, failed experience. Too bad, I have liked Chipotle in the past, but they lost a customer tonight.

They're not terrible, it's nothing against the employees. The portions given vs the price of products is underwhelming. Prices seemed to increase and portion sizes decreased.
