Crunchy rice. Crunchy beans. Love chipotle in general but this location consistently can’t cook the food right.
I am a diehard chipotle fan, never ceases to get me out of a dinner bind after work when I’m starving. Sadly I had the most disappointing bowl today. I’m pretty easy. The staff were all fighting with each other at pick up, it took forever for the young man at the counter to even look up and ask if we were here for pick up. The portion was tiny and there were probably 5 pieces of diced chicken. Forgot my corn salsa. Assuming it may have been this way because it was a pick up order. There’s a pattern below of other comments with this same idea too.
Excellent, super tasty food as always...... but ordering ahead on the app gets a much smaller serving than having the order made when you get there.
The food was what you'd expect. It was pretty good. The music however, was so loud we were unable to have a decent conversation. Made the experience of sitting down and having a meal a rushed "let's just eat and get out of here" experience.
Decided to give Chipotle another chance after many disappointments in the past. Ordered online for pick up at the Stuyvesant Plaza llocation. Really regret it. My order was totally messed up:(Most of the toppings ( had just asked for lettuce, and corn salsa, nothing extraordinary!) were missing, and there was a really small serving of the protien soaking in hot salsa that had seeped right through the bowl which was not closed properly.Was so hungry and was looking forward to my dinner... totally ruined my meal :(
Management needs to show these kids how to roll a burrito. If you actually cook the tortilla you don't have to waste 3 wraps to make one burrito.
Portion size I receive at this place is consistently super small. The bowl I walk out with would barely feed a middle schooler, let alone an adult male. I understand being in a rush to get customers through the line, but they don’t give you enough food at all. I end up still being hungry after I eat here almost every time.
Ran out of corn. Most likely in the freezer but too lazy to get it. Ran out of hot sauce. Hmmm. Terrible
Went to the one at Stuyvesant plaza in guilderland December 4th 2021... Some people preparing the food were not wearing the masks over their noses... unacceptable!!
While I normally enjoy ordering from Chipotle and this store has been my favorite due to its proximity to my house, I have noticed a down turn in both quality of food as well as quality of service. This evening, I ordered via the app for my food to be ready at 6:40 pm. I arrived at approximately 6:39 pm and was informed my order was not ready at this time. When my food was given to me it was 6:45 pm. I left and went to my vehicle when I noticed that my bag was lighter than what I expected. Upon inspection, I found out that I was missing the two bags of chips I had ordered with my food. I returned to the restaurant and informed the staff of the situation. They proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait as they had to cook more chips. During my wait, the staff were informing other customers that they didn't have any more chips. I finally left the store at approximately 7:00 pm. The amount of food in my order also seemed to be less then what was provided at previous visits.
