I've had many great experiences here. But the last time we went we got there around 1 and sat outside. We waited for about 20 minutes before going in to see if the waitress was going to take our order. Apparently she was at the bar talking with friends and had no idea we were there. She took the order and that was the last we saw of her until she brought the check. Other waitstaff had to take care of us and took care of picking up the bill to be paid. The food was great but the service was very poor.

Excellent breakfast. My one complaint was that they give you cold packets of butter and packets of maple flavored corn syrup. At these prices I would have expected real whipped softened butter and real maple syrup out of a nice container. The toast was awesome. They make there own bread. Will go again.

I've always been a fan of the original location and had high hopes for the second location. They absolutely hit all the marks. Great location, ample parking. Great service, delicious food. I have nothing bad to say about either location. There's a reason Cafe Madison is an Albany institution.

Great Food,Great service and and prices competive with todays economy

Overpriced for the quality and size of the food items.$3 for a small container of guacamole, which is ludicrous.$3.25 for grapefruit drink that came out of a bottle one is able to purchase from a store for less than what it cost to add this to my order; I didn't get to see the name of the brand from where I was standing. The picture on the website gives it the illusion that it's fresh grapefruit juice. The size of what they consider a large cup is equivalent to a short at Starbucks. The home fries tasted like they were leftovers from early this morning as half of them were dry and room temperature.Sour cream may possibly not have been Vegan to go with the Vegan burrito that I ordered, I will find out shortly it was indeed dairy free.I definitely will not try this place out again. Especially since my food should not have been room temperature based on when I indicated I would be picking up my order. On the bright side, I am giving it a 1 Star out of 5, because the burrito was pretty decent enough to consume.Thank you either way. ☺️

This is a place that my friend and I have been many many times and we have never been disappointed whether it be the Albany or Loudenville location. We were there this past Sunday and I had full intentions of getting my go-to oatmeal chocolate chip pancakes. Then I saw they had a special of a lemon poppyseed pancake and I couldn’t decide. So… I did what anyone would do… I got both! All I can say is they were amazing! Just amazing. I’m so sad it was only a special because I would eat those lemon poppyseed pancakes EVERYDAY! My bff loved her omelet full of all the feta she was dreaming about! We will of course be back!

I’ve been here a few times because the Mr loves this place. The food is good. It’s brunch food. They have a great menu. Like everyone can eat here. The service is fast. So no need to worry about a wait time. The staff is accommodating and informed. I recommend this place any day.Only thing is they close at 2pm daily. So get up early or miss out!

Great service, drinks and food! Highly recommend

My husband and I had a wonderful Sunday breakfast here. first time and the food was amazing! I highly recommend you call ahead for a reservation. We got there, and the wait was already 20 minutes and climbing. But it went fast and was so worth the wait!

Great Brunch! Always delicious food.
