Ordered drive through. At the start they asked if I wanted to order cookies. I said yes, they took my order but missed 1 of 3 entrees and the cookies, but at least they did not charge me for them. Drove back 2 miles and they made it right by giving me the 8 pc nuggets on the receipt. I would encourage eat in to check order accuracy.
Absolutely terrible service And terrible awful meal!!! The Southwest Bacon Whopper Jr Was disgusting.The friesWere softAnd way too too salty. The order Person At theDrive up speakerDid not know all that was on the burger And explained wrong.And they wanted to overcharge me for the meal.Chicken nuggets We're mediocre. Where are the old-school Burger King When they knew how to make proper burgers And knew how to take orders Properly And treat you with respect? !!!
Very pleased with our experience. I don't frequent burger King because for a while it didn't sit right with my stomach, so as tasty as it was, it wasn't worth the trouble later. However, we gave it a shot and no issues, whatever they changed works for me! The staff was incredibly efficient, and got stuff done, and done right. They had the right team and leadership on, which was awesome and pretty rare to see at fast food places. Definitely a pleasant experience.
Mens room, dining area and work area had papers all over the floor. Male cashier at about 1:00pm was not pleasant and seemed like he was being interrupted. Obviously he would rather be someplace else. Wonder if he was a manager? Certainly Not a good example.Not going back ever.Just telling it the way it was.
I never right reviews, but I will today. I went here for breakfast thru the drive thru and told the girl taking my order what I wanted 3 times. I repeated myself the 4th time and she talked to me like I was stupid and incredibly rude. I told the person at the window how dissatisfied I was with her service and she proceeded to yell and cuss at me saying she didn’t need MY attitude this early in the morning. Unacceptable, HORRIBLE service. If this girl doesn’t get fired her for lack of customer service then there is something seriously wrong with this company. NOBODY a should be treated the way I was today. HORRIBLE experience and not how I wanted to start my day.
Like Burger King very much. Clean dining area, fast service. Only complaint is that when I went to remove the pickles from my bacon cheeseburgers both sandwiches only had one small slice of bacon on it. I did not bring it back because they were busy. It certainly didn't look anything like the advertisement picture with bacon hanging out the sides.
I go to this burger king sometimes on my way to work...i must say they're pretty quick in professional..food was hot and good
BURGER KING CORPORATION IS GREEDY. YOU WANT US TO PAY $5 + dollars for a regular double cheeseburger with stacker sauce aka stacker melts but when we realize its the same thing as a double cheeseburger basically you say you can't add stacker sauce for what reason? You can add bbq sauce or hot sauce on your cheeseburgers but not stacker sauce MCDONALDS has no problem adding MAC SAUCE to any sandwich even a cheap $1 regular cheeseburgers Like y'all can't charge us 50 cents for sauce cuz you're more worried about getting that extra $2-$3 for the special sandwich with different bread. If the sandwiches were decent sized fine its worth it but they're small like regular cheeseburgers. Y'all advertising food that appears to bigger than it is, guess that's why yall facing a lawsuit for false advertising related cuz ya get a small cheeseburger for special sandwiches, instead of like whopper size which aren't much bigger anymore. Attached picture is a KING STACKER which is identical to a double cheeseburger. CORPORATE GREED
I don’t know what they laced their crispy chicken sandwiches with, but it made me hormonal. Fries and meal both came off the fryer room temp. I ate it anyways because I’m a bro like that. Didn’t have time to go around again. Not normally a fast food kinda guy. I think this place puts estrogen in their food!
