The young woman at the window order taker was rude and not helpful when I attempted to place my order asked a simple question in regards to the meal size and she made it seem like I asked her to make me a 4 course meal nonetheless I cancelled my order and will not be returning to this location and they need to sweep the floors and stay off the phones!!HOOD!!
I think the best thing about Burger King is they have a lot of food deals and right now things are so expensive everybody's looking for a bargain you definitely can get that they're just download the food app from Burger King and you don't even need the coupons anymore they give you a code and you just use it unfortunately this Burger King in Menands really need some help people that they keep hiring to run these places are a little less to be desired other than that foods good
Sat in drive thru for 40 minutes finally get to the window and employees are yelling an screaming at each other manger is the center of all the mayhem so who do you complain to? That place needs a whole restaffing and inside looked filthy oh and employees throwing fries and ice at each other not at all clean
Given old onion rings that were fried in what we think was old oil. We got sick after eating 1. Eat at you're own risk.
My kids love it here..but the lady at the front shouldn't ask for names if she just wants to call you what she wants anyway..she was very rude.to my kids at that smh.. rest of staff was great..food was fresh..
Bad service on drive thru!!!!! I was placing my order and instead of speaking correctly they spoke rudely and disrespectful as if I was not wanted there! We’re all human and deserve to be treated equally with respect.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NOT ONCE BUT ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. On 03/09/22 My son stopped by the central ave location and ordered chicken fries. Inside the box was a BOOGER . How the booger got in the box is a mystery to those who work there but The box wasnt opened till it was brought home and seen. Would not Recommend this Location
Went inside cause drive thru is backed up! Place is disgusting!!! Workers in the back are screaming & carrying on. Music is turned up even louder. A customer ahead of me never ordered cause she was appalled at the appearance. Had I not been in a rush- I would have left also.
My family had a horrible experience at this Burger King located at 439 Central Avenue Albany, NY 12206 . I saved the receipt as well. The exact date and time was 2/28/2022 7:52:16 PM. The employee who gave horrible service dealt with is named Nicole. My family and I ordered $25.56 worth of food. My father gave Nicole at the register a $100.00 bill. He was supposed to get $72.40 back but he was shortchanged $10.00. When he confronted Nicole she pulled out a $10 bill that she kept hidden. This infuriates me because she was trying to steal from my family. You can even request to look at the video tape on that date/time. She strategically placed a $10 bill and thought my dad was not going to notice. He did and confronted her. I am very upset that this employee is trying to steal from a customer.It breaks my heart that someone who is employees tried to steal from customers. We work hard for our money and to have someone insult my father's intelligence is cruel. My father used to work in Accounting and is a math wiz. You're lucky that you didnt try to scam an off duty police officer. Actually, my father could of called the police because it is a crime. How would you like it if someone stole from your loved one? You are stealing from a customer and it is on tape. I urge any of you to contact corporate. I believe in God and I leave him to deal with this employee who thinks its ok to try and steal from customers.
It's BK. Not a 5-star meal but good for fast food. Consistently better than the take out we get from McD. Nice order takers in drive thru line.
