Amazing food and service, totally worth visiting!
Tacos were very tasty - especially that shell! The chicken empanada seemed a little bland to me but I still ate two. Just be aware when ordering - the tacos are shown in the photo as two tacos side-by-side but each order is actually only one taco. It was our mistake, as we should have read more carefully, but the photos were a bit misleading. Next time we will have a much bigger order!
The food is really good. It's an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant which is hard to find upstate! Plus LGBTQ friendly. It's our favorite quick go to lunch/dinner!
Love this place. They cannot guarantee a lot of things--supplier issues, low level staffing, the usual pandemic stuff--and their sign is tiny and unlit if you don't know the location, but their food is damn good. I don't love the chicken taco (little dry) but all others--beef, pork, jackfruit--are delightful. And based on the pork empanada I had tonight I think that the chicken might still be good in an empanada. Their tacos are so simple but so good (and I love their taco sauce) and the insane crunch they get in the shell is like nowhere else. The flan is okay--the tres leches that they usually have but don't have as an option online is AMAZING. I am not a big fan normally because of the coconut but this manages to balance it with all the vanilla and is soooooo good, you will be licking the container. The plantains are cut thick and taste so good dipped in a little guac. Yucca fries were a little too crisp but my family still liked them.You will not regret eating here. Do it.
I got two stuffed tacos which were full of meat with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, and taco sauce. The carne asada was flavorful as well as the pork which was juicy and tender. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Definitely a must try!

Buena Comida gives you that one perfect bite that keeps you wanting more. I have eaten from both the store front and the food truck and the food is incredible. The tacos are my absolute favorite! The chef respects the taco enough to treat it as a composed plate with whichever customized toppings you choose, but there is always extra available on the side per your request. I have personally tried the beef, chicken and pork tacos. They are all amazing! I have picky children who also gobble them right up. I had a friend of mine who is a vegetarian visiting from out of town and she had the jackfruit tacos and raved for weeks about them! What really prompted me to write this review however, is that I just tried their new Birria Tacos! Those will only bring you joy and pleasure! Saying they are delicious is an understatement! I would highly recommend this place. Give it a try and it won’t break the back. The value this food brings when you combine the price and quality is well worth your time and consideration!
Well we just ate here for the first time & holy lord was it freaking amazing!! I had the birria tacos & the amount of flavor packed in them in otherworldly!! My wife had a chicken taco & empanada both stuffed with chicken & simply delicious!! I can't recommend this place enough!! We are definitely coming back here asap!! It's cooked to order & the young lady at counter was so nice & had the food out quick!! I can't recommend enough!!
Amazing birria tacos ever! Also the tamales were so good! Had the chicken tinga tamale and it was delicious! Great prices and food! We’ll definitely be going back!
Don’t be concerned by the generic storefront, the food they create here is fantastic. Taco shells are crispy and light, they don’t crumble into pieces at your first bite. The carne asada tacos were amazing. Lots of choices for tamales also, there are 6 more sitting in my fridge because they were delicious.
