Got a catering box. It was ready on time and had everything right. The bagels are great and always an office favorite
Consistent service except note to self - don't go an hour before closing time or else u don't get variety and unpleasant tasting bagels.
Guy making the bagels and running the register can’t wear a mask over his nose or mouth. Disgusting when Omicron is running rampant. When I asked him to put it on he made some half attempt to do so but when it slipped off he just left it there. Then as I was leaving, he snidely remarked “Have a nice day.” Like he’s not the one violating the ordinance and risking the health of customers. Used to buy bagels for the office weekly and for myself at least twice a week. Well they lost my business.
Delicious fresh bagels. I got a baker's dozen, cream cheese, and a coffee to go.Yum☺
Customer service is awful. i had some teenager named i think vin something. he was very rude and just wasnt friendly. im pretty sure he spit in my bagel which ive heard from others hes done it multiple times. disappointing as i love these bagels. im going to have to start going to dunkin instead. this was just traumatizing.
the coworker with the holes in her ears I don’t recall her name but I walked in with smile because it was a gorgeous day and she said “who you smiling at, then she started vigorously making rude comments about me to her coworkers. then again I do not know this girl but I will never be stepping foot in this location again when I got bagel she threw it in my face and giggled. I left. disgusting.0/10 don’t recommend

Hello, I would just like to give my review on here about this place and say that it’s gone downhill, badly! The breakfast sandwiches are great and the bagels are amazing, but the customer service there has turned me off completely from this place that used to be my breakfast go-to spot. One of the workers, short red hair ginger girl: Krista or Kristal(?), is very snappy at to her coworkers. I’m a regular of the place, I come there 5/6 times out the week so I always see her there. She is very rude to her fellow employees, she sometimes gets an attitude with the other customers over tiny mistakes, and she smokes whatever that metal pen looking thing is inside of the store, which I find extremely inappropriate. Idk if it’s weed or those vapes but it’s still unacceptable. Very unhygienic. Unfortunately I couldn’t put up with that atmosphere and behavior anymore so I will no longer be a customer here.
short little girl in there with red hair think her name kristy is always rude to customers, rude to other coworkers and smokes inside the store ive witnessed on multiple occasions being there she’s always yelling at someone or another also mens bathroom disgusting and has feces all over it overall place is gross and food tastes rotten.
