Place has gone downhill, I ordered through grubhub because I can’t leave work. But the bagel shop not only forgot my coffee and juice but then said I never ordered that ?♀️ even when everything is on grubhub lolI don’t even have any napkins or silverware ? This place sucks. Time to find a new bagel shop.
I have lived all over the country and been all over the world. You cannot get better bagels than bruegger's. They are absolutely the best bagels I have ever had in my life
Dirty prep surfaces seem to be a Brueggers staple. How difficult is it to wipe a surface between sandwiches that are shedding all of their seasonings? The toasting trays are beyond filthy. Thankfully they had plain bagels because they were out of other flavors that would have been preferred.
Ordered two breakfast sandwiches from brueggers through GrubHub. When they arrived, both sandwiches were a mish mosh of the order. Called brueggers and we were informed "we are sorry, we are busy, mistakes happen. There's nothing we can do, call GrubHub". Yeah, mistakes happen alright...like ordering from this Brueggers when you want your food right.
I searched for this place online the night before and place my order over the phone in the morning.Just like clockwork when I walked in the order was completed and ready to go.Excellent breakfast sandwiches delivered on time with great service.I was on the tight schedule because we were going for a lacrosse tournament at the University Albany and I'm glad everything worked out well.We will be back in the area many times and this will be my go-to place!
Had OUTSTANDING service. Mila from the Sand Creek road was beyond professional and friendly! She was so helpful, kind and willing to put up with me.... lol.
Bagels are great but I'm not sure why we can't sit inside and eat still. The whole dining room is closed.
Went in on a Saturday at 9 am. Ordered 2 bagels, both were made incorrectly. They had no coffee or plain bagels

Good hot food. Friendly and efficient staff. They were slammed but got the orders out in a timely fashion.
