Would be a 5 star review because the pizza is so good and the staff was friendly and helpful... But the wait!! About 10 people ahead of me and it took 45 mins from walking through the door to walking out with my hot custom pizza.
It's always a great time. Employee hustle is an understatement. These folks were working hard and quick. Just thinking about putting in an 8-hour shift, there makes me tired. Delicious pizza ? every time we go there.
This location is decent but not as good as the Clifton Park one. They taste the same but this location always seems to rush through the preparation of your pizza and the toppings are never even. The cut is way way off so you get a sliver piece next to a triple piece. They just need to slow down and bit and focus on the quality of the product.
I was honestly afraid to eat anything from this place after waiting in line and being able to visibly see how filthy everything was. Yes, they were busy and yes, counters get dirty in busy food establishments but from the counters, to the vent above the over with dirty hand prints all over it, to the walls, I was completely disgusted. Then... when, making my pizza, the employee took their gloved finger and wiped any sauce from the outside of the dough and flicked it in the center, which might be standard practice for all I know, but completely grossed me out. I see the appeal of the whole make your own pizza quick theme they have going on but I will definitely not be a repeat customer.
Subway and Chipotle’s face-to-face food making method + Little Ceasar’s high speed cooking= Blaze Pizza. Imagine making a crust thin yet still dense somehow. Oh wait, they can and did!!! Definitely tied as my number one pizza destination now.
I came today @ 3:15ish the gentleman in the line who made my pizza was so sweet and king and so was the gentleman who gave me a side of hot sauce at the end, he had piercings was super kind and cute!
As good as the pizza is, the incompetence of the people taking your order is just unbelievable!! The staff are constantly struggling to handle customer orders. I have been given a wrong pizza 2 times! This time my pizza was given to another customer - when that customer brought it back saying it’s the wrong pizza, the staff tried to give me the pizza as if it had not been contaminated - during COVID pandemicWhen I asked them to remake, the lady just would not listen to my order and made the order incorrectly!!Had to wait and watch them make my pizza a third time!!
2:33 pm. No dough. 2 girls talking behind counter with 12 people in line. Finally some kid with blue hair is making dough. Guess no one else feels like working? How long do the pizzas sit getting cold before you box them? 10 MINUTES???
Great concept, excellent pizza! Crust choices for everyone-regular, keto, gluten free, cauliflower. Assembled as you order and ready quickly.
I have lunch here every now and again... Even though they seemed short handed today, the newer guy in his 30s was excellent. I was very pleased with my experience and felt it needed to be mentioned.
