I got a small salad and apparently u only are allowed 3 toppings I asked to pay extra forOne more and she kept repeating how it's only allowed 3 toppings I asked 2 more times if I could pay extra for an extra topping and she said she would give it to me thisTime. Hospitality over service im big on and honestly she put a bad taste in my mouth to not wanna come back or Atleast this location cus it was never that serious. But I like the food not the employees.

Left out part of my order, ignored my request to not include tomatoes, sauce and all the toppings were just poured on top of the pasta instead of tossed so there was a bunch of plain pasta just sitting on the bottom, didn’t give me utensils so I was stuck borrowing a fork at my meeting taste was fine but not worth the hassle at all
Nice fast service, very good products are being administered here. I come to get my taste of heaven at least 2wice a week and I will be back.

I can't understand why the Bellini's in Albany on New Scotland can not get an order correct whenever I order. Explicit instruction verbal and on line to "COOK" the rigatoni's longer so they're not hard and sticky. I ask for Extra alfredo sauce and they're sooooo skimpy with it that the meal is still dry!!! I have NO problems with the Latham store! I'm so done wasting my money at Albany's Bellin's!
I’m really bummed because I was so excited for the vodka sauce, but they gave me the marinara instead. Doesn’t make sense because the receipt literally says “vodka sauce” and “extra vodka sauce”
