The food was enjoyable overall. I'm not mad. But the fried chicken was a little dry for me, and lacked flavor. The sides were great. However, I didn't enjoy the potato salad at all. Too tart for me. I'll definitely give this place another visit
What an incredible creator of cuisine Allie B's is a Caputal District gem in many ways. It may be small in space but it is big in flavor, quality and purpose. The food is simply amazing, and the owner/staff, some of the best humans I have ever met.
Food has always been amazing, but the hours on their Facebook is incorrect, everytime for the past 3 months Ive tired to order, they are supposed to be open, i call, multiple times to try and order, only for no one to answer the phone (like right now, they are supposed to be open until 6,it's only 2:27 but no one is answering the phone,I've been calling for a hour) and the grubhub link says they are not accepting orders, for 3 more days.) Even drove by there a couple times to see if maybe they were busy,and the place is dark, smh. Gotta get it together, cause the food is great!!
Always love the food! The barbecue sauce is the best and the bbq chicken is so delicious. The mac and cheese is my absolute favorite!
Delicious fish, fried chicken, greens and cornbread
Food was very disgusting, I wanted to love it but it wasn't prepared with love. It had no seasoning and macaroni and cheese was made with cheap cheese, cabbage was overcooked,fried chicken wasn't seasoned enough and cornbread had no sugar. The only good dish was the yams. I will not be returning.
Do not accept DoorDash orders from here. I’m a dasher and was sent to this place for a pickup time 2 minutes after I got there. They told me it would be an hour before the food was ready, because that is their prep time. If you own this restaurant, please, for the love of god, change your prep time in the DoorDash app or contact support to do so. Otherwise, every time you get an order the app will send drivers to you an hour before you have the food. Please fix this. I’m not compensated for the stats lost by canceling this order.
They make Mac n cheese which doesn’t taste good. They don’t even use macaroni noodles. The chicken had a ton of hair on it. The fish was very oily and they should add to the menu what type of fish they serve.

just ordered the fried chicken mac cheese greens and corn bread only 18$ and theyre the biggest drums i ever seen mac cheese so good staff is friendly thank you so much mrs allie B, your plate made me feel cozy on this cold day !! will be back
