Food took over 30min and was over-cooked, meat was boiled too much and melted in your mouth and rice was mushy.You can tell this was food was cooked twice.The meat had burnt spots but the texture was mushy.
I ordered chicken biriani,samosa chaat and milk tea and all of them were really good. The guy at the front was also very welcoming and nice. Overall, a good place within a reasonable price in Albany ❤️
Personally I've not had the chance to eat here. However I drive for uber eats and I am always picking up from here to travel pretty far to my destination. So I'm giving this place a 10/10 must be good .
What a wonderful place. Found it by chance while driving through Albany. Got the Tikka, Malai Kabab and Reshmi Kabab along with naan. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The young lady behind the counter was super attentive and packed extra disposable plates/utensils when she realized we were travelers having an 'on-the-go' meal. Definitely recommend this place.
This maybe a great place for Banglis but they advertise pakistani food.. it's not pakistani food. They don't know what pakistani food is. Their food has extra salt and has extra strong spices. We could barely eat it because of so much salt. We waited 40 minutes and were about to pass out so we ate it. They gave us sour yogurt chatni. Sheesh kebab were literally rocks. They were so hard to chew. They tasted nothing like Kebabs. Goat curry tasted like paye instead of curry. Now let's talk about service. There is no service. We waited 20 minutes before we got the menu because one poor guy is working by himself, he's taking orders, cleaning tables, serving food and answering phones. Typical desi restaurant. They served us curries without rice or naan. We waited 25 minutes for naans and rice. They They forgot to give us plates and silverware. Worst food I've ever had. Avoid at all cause.
If I could give u guys 0 stars I would. Not even worth the 1 star. No taste in the food. So expensive. This is highway robbery. And ur trying to serve desi food in a community what the heck is wrong with you guys. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Literally disappointing when u spend like 20 bucks a person and u get salad and uncooked chicken and tasteless “Shahi korma” lookin fake
I used to love this place but When I takeout it’s just a lot of rice and vey little meat very disappointed
Had a late night dinner from here. Chicken bariyani was surprisingly good comparedto other Desi places around here. Chicken Tikka was good too but color overload - looked more like a butter chicken
This place is consistently great. Food is amazing and the service is excellent. Restaurant is comfortable and clean! Definitely a must try for halal food in Albany
