Comfortable atmosphere. attentive, friendly, helpful staff. The bone-in filet mignon was cooked perfectly. It was savory, juicy and absolutely worth it. The loaded potato was much more potato than I expected. My wife had the bone in filet as well but with shrimp. For dessert we had the bag of donut holes. Again a surprisingly good treat, we picked it because it sounded like it would travel well...
My husband made reservations a couple months in advance. Told them ot was for our anniversary, we were greeted with a congratulations and card at our table. Our food and service was fabulous. The fried calamari was light and perfectly prepared. Tori was attentive and helpful. And we even received a celebration toast of champagne and amuse bouche. We opted for the chocolate cake which is amazingly rich and not overly sweet. In a word Fantastic.
Multiple errors on the order and steaks were cold very disappointing experience.
The steak was excellent but the lamp chop was way too fatty. The service was exceptional. Our waiter was very attentive.
I knew I was going to be in town for a conference, so I looked up the best restaurants. 677 Prime continuously showed up on every site. I was determined to eat there. It did not disappoint. I ordered the most refreshing drink (Strawberry Fields), Salad (The Wedge), the Filet- Oscar Style with a Baked Potato, and Donut Holes for Dessert. As a single person, I couldn't eat nearly all of it. But it was worth every bite.And customer service is incredible. I left my phone in the Uber that dropped me off. The host & hostess went above and beyond to try to get my phone back. And my waiter tried to help, as well. They had large parties to assist. But they took the time to help me. I didn't get my phone back. But 677 Prime absolutely deserves 5 stars- for the ambiance, the quality and deliciousness of the food, the service-- all of it. You will leave happy and really full!
Jeanne has awfully long pink fingernails which lack hygiene. She has poor listening skills and thought it was acceptable to re-heat a cold lobster when she finally answered one question. She was on auto pilot with her speaking rather than listening. One dinner plate was cleared before another person finished eating which is diner mentality. Jeanne reached over our entire table and candle to give us to go containers while we were eating dessert. We were rushed. We failed to see any merit in Jeanne's service. Kitchen staff had a brief yelling match while we had dinner. Valet parking was not mentioned on the website. Paying for valet up front is surprising and annoying. Valet is a service that should be nothing but elegant and convenient. We will never return to Angelo's 677 Prime and we will tell anyone who will listen not to go either. Oh, and getting butter for our shared giant potato took so long we finished our potato before it arrived. Jeanne does not have the ability to pay attention to details at all. Awful.
We had our rehearsal dinner at 677 Prime, everything was absolutely delicious! All of our guests were talking about how good the food was. We had a private room allowing us to have a intimate and fun rehearsal dinner. The events staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with and made this aspect of planning stress free!
