We were absolutely blown away with the pepperoni pizza and caesar salad. The pizza is quite honestly one of the best I’ve had in my life, big statement, I know. You can tell the level of detail Ali puts into his creations, to which where he sources his ingredients from truly show it’s all about quality. Don’t forget to try the homemade lemoncello and orangecello, they were fantastic in the spritz! 100% going back to try more food from here, recommend to all.
Had the most delicious limoncello and orangecello here. They are a distillery and making it in house. I bought a bottle of each. After drinks we had a great dinner next door at Villa di Como. Gotta love the convenience of having great food and drinks right next to one another, hosted by fabulous and charismatic chef Ali.

I have had such an amazing night at 288 Lark. They have vegan, vegetarian, and a gluten free options for pizza. Which gives you the opportunity to choose.. it was an amazing experience, i absolutely would go back soon.
Great authentic pizza and appetizers. Northern Italian specialties. Cannoli from Sicily, Italy. Big wine list with chocolate pairings. Elegant restaurant with professional service. It is gorgeous a gorgeous restaurant for date nights!
A pleasant surprise to venture into this wine bar noting the ambiance and quaint feel along with the amazing mixologist behind the bar, Emmanuel! A great place to have a drink or two before or after a meal (they do have an appetizer menu as well).Very friendly and a must stop if visiting Albany. In addition, the same owner owns the restaurant next store named “Villa Di Como Ristorante” which is authentic Italian cuisine. Also a must stop when in Albany (separate review for that establishment).You will not be disappointed!

This is owned by the same genius Chef who owns Villa Di Como Restorante, which is immediately beside 288 Lark Wine & Tap. He makes the best Italian Food I've had in North America. No joke. I've lived all over Canada and the US and this place is my favorite Italian restaurant. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. The service is flawless. The chef/owner is passionate, insanely-talented and has created a warm and personal atmosphere. This food tastes like you're in a top notch restaurant in Italy. Oh, and they have the best tiramisu I've ever had!Our experience was just as good with 288 as it was in Villa Di Comi. The server, Emanuel, was incredibly friendly and the drinks were fantastic.If you’re looking for food, dessert or just some drinks, we highly recommend this place!
