The food is good but the guy at the counter was talking to someone at the lobby waited for him to come take my order and left again to go talk to the lady he was talking to before handing me my order
My last experience was awesome. Arnold at the drive through was very kind all the management needs to be like this guy. Line moved quickly and food was hot. Will likely recommend to others.
If the food is prepared the way it should be will then it's the well known taste of Wendy's... Awesomeness! Which this instance was very good!! ?However, it's a hit or miss when going thru the drive-thru... Usually a long line of cars and you can maybe get lucky and roll thru very smoothly or not so lucky (late nite typically takes longer than usual)... Day time usually the staff is in their toes and busting out awesome food in a very nice timely fashion!
The wait time was good. Didn't seem very fresh. The biscuit almost tasted like the butter they use on top was old and the wedges also seemed a little stale. Staff was friendly.
Treated horribly by the employees at the drive through window. Because I complained that neirher of the drinks were marked. I was told 3 times to stop being rude as it wasn't their job to know which drink was the coke and which one was the root beer. As I drove off, they yelled a racial slur at me.
Just in there the worst service ever long waiting to order your food and this is in the restaurant the manager that has been working here since the 80's or the 90's and he is not organized with his crew. Cashier helping the drive thru women talking and not helping. Whatever happened to Wendy's service. Now the other manager he gets things done. Retirement for the old manger.

Food was good. I got a ice frap drink and it had little flavor. Mc Donald's has better drinks then I would say Starbucks because of price.
Ordered dinner here for my family and was disappointed. The staff was really friendly, however an item from the order was missing and some of the items ordered did not have an appealing taste and texture. This is the second chance we have given this chain, and it will definitely be awhile before we come back again.
Web site shows they open at 6:30 am for some reason or another they are never open at that time really annoying when you pull up and nobody answers you if you can't open when your posted hours show maybe you should update your website.
