Walter Burke recently catered our wedding and did an outstanding job. Alexandra is so wonderful to work with, she was incredibly helpful in helping us to manage the entire process, creating a specialized menu, and coordinating assistance with set up at the venue. Tia, our catering captain, was also incredible. She was prepared, organized and hands on in helping to ensure we had the best service. Tia went above and beyond helping us with venue set up, decorated our cake beautifully and was so kind. I felt so relieved after our final walkthrough after talking with Tia and had full confidence that she would take care of everything, and she did not disappoint! In addition to the food itself being great (including vegan options!) the service, staff and bartenders were amazing as well. We loved working with Walter Burke and couldn't have asked for a more positive and comfortable experience.

Walter Burke catered my mom’s memorial service of 50 people. Alexandra was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, proactive, responsive, flexible and very reliable. The food was fairly priced and absolutely delicious and her staff and employees were very professional, kind and patient and did a great job led by Evan. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in the greater Santa Fe area.
Walter Burke Catering helped to make our son and his wife's Santa Fe wedding even more perfect than it already was. Their communications were prompt and friendly and they did everything they promised, just exactly as we expected. The food was AMAZING, our captain, Brian Meade, was kind and professional, adding a personal reassuring touch to the evening meal. They catered a brunch for us the morning after the wedding that was relaxed and delicious. It was the perfect end to a perfect event. You can hire WBC with confidence. Highly recommended!
