Pros: Good pizza. Crispy bottom, good flavor, good toppings.Cons: Wings were so-so and service was pretty bad. Ordered pickup, which is a drive through window. Arrived in the amount of time instructed, but when I pulled up they told me my order wasn't ready and would I mind driving around the building and getting back in line so they could help the people behind me. That was fine. But I ended up having to do this 3 additional times over the course of 40 minutes while I waited for my pizza.

Upper Crust Pizza has indoor and outdoor seating with counter service and a drive-up window. On a late April Thursday, around noon, we sat inside ordering a Meatball Sub ($10.75) and the Lunch Special. The meatball sub was very mild in flavor on a french roll with a side salad and chips. The Lunch Special was a petite 6” pizza, a side salad and a drink (raspberry lemonade.) The pizza comes with tomato sauce and cheese but I added pesto and kalamata olives for an additional charge (Total $11.20.) It was delivered hot with a crunchy crust. Significant ambient noise from a loud exhaust fan and intrusive music made it difficult to converse. Cursory customer service. Overall the lunch experience was underwhelming. We will not go back.

This place needs some serious help! Our instinct was to walk out and we should have. Walked in and girl was prepping food with gloves on and my first thought was "oh that's great" because I am a bit obsessive when it comes to cleanliness in the kitchen. But then when she wrung up our order on the dirty cash register, answered the phone and cleared all the condiments off the community bar and took our money, that is when we should've asked for our money back because after that she continued to prep food with her dirty gloves. Then the gentleman making the food in the back came out to help her on the register and never took his gloves off and then went right back to the kitchen. DISGUSTING!!! The food was under par..it was probably one of the worst dining experience I have ever had and I am no spring chicken. Don't waste your money at Upper Crust in ElDorado.....trust me. The sign says new management...looks like the new management is not very good.

We have tried and tried to support this local restaurant but we finally give up. The only guarantee with this restaurant is that they will completely mess up your order which is incredibly frustrating when you go through the drive thru as we do. Order is always wrong, food is often burned, and now they put hot sandwiches directly on top of your cold salad in one container. Honestly, don't know how they are still in business.

Pizza was super yummy. Malia did us a solid and let us dine in even though they were closed to anything but carryout. And she was the only person on staff! Such a huge help since we were driving through on our way back to Oklahoma. If you're in the area it's really good pizza, kid and adult approved ?

I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes and they didn’t notice me until I started angrily tapping on the glass. The drive through attendant was sitting on her phone and listening to music with AirPods in. The pizza is salty and dry. I would never come here again. TERRIBLE SERVICE STEER CLEAR

Upper Crust is a go to for solid pizza in the Santa Fe/ Eldorado area. The pizza is good, but the quality can sometimes vary depending on what you order. Either way this place has a very friendly staff and often turn orders around very quickly. Their non-pizza items are also very good. Take out is convenient as you can either pick up in store or use their drive through pickup window at the Eldorado location.

Delicious food came out very fast, and Julia made the visit very pleasant. She was attentive in what we needed and friendly!

Great food, great staff and atmosphere! Tania was our server and she was always friendly and attentive. They had great music and food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

This fine restaurant is bring run into the ground by new many. The pizza used to be thick and robust, now it’s expensive and anemic. I also tried the calzone and it was barely warm and very small. I live in Eldorado and I’ll never return. Avoid!
