We had a wonderful dinner in this restaurant which is located in a historic adobe building. We started with crab cakes which were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. I had the elk special and my wife had the salmon with green Chiles and both were grilled to perfection. Delicious! On a different evening, we enjoyed happy hour at the Dragon Room Bar. We snagged table out on the patio and savored: Pink Dragons (prickly pear margaritas), clams Lucifer and shrimp ceviche tostadas. Heavenly! ‘So glad the Pink Adobe is still shining after all these years for us to enjoy.

The food here was excellent. The service was also very good. I gave this only 4 stars because for the prices I felt we should have at least had a table cloth not a bare wrought iron table. It definitely wouldn't keep me from returning just found it surprising.

Had great cocktails in the adjoining bar before dinner and it was delightful. The restaurant servers seemed to be new...and frightened. The food was not good at all. The side of posole on the enchilada plate were hard as marbles. The plate was a mess of ingredients, none of which were good. So don't get the chile, the enchiladas, or the rellenos. Maybe when the staff shortage improves, the will get better kitchen help. But the ambience is still very nice. Pricey!

Was in Santa Fe in a solo visit and went her on a recommendation from a friend. Excellent suggestion. The food was crazy good, drinks amazing and they had entertainment too.

The restaurant has a very nice decoration but very bad service. They are rude and inappropiate with the customers. totally non professional service. Moreover, they are charging drinks that you did not ordered and they did not recognize the mistakes. It very easy to get mistakes in the bills and there is no possibility to get separate checks. I do not recommed this place at all.

The restaurant patio is beautiful and a must see! The drinks were delicious but the food was horrible. We never complain but all three of our dishes were so gross. I ate one shrimp out of 7 because they tasted like rubber. My friend’s red enchilada tasted like powdered spice. We still tipped nicely because the service was great - but the food is NOT worth $45 a plate.

Artichokes were undercooked, couldn't pull the leaves off the head. Chilli Rellenos had interesting flavors, but the peppers were undercooked making them tough to cut and chew. Really the meal was inedible. It was a sad last night in Santa Fe.

This place was alright - we both ordered New Mexican entrees (enchiladas and their combo plate). These would have been excellent if they weren’t completely smothered in cheese. The sauces were great, and I’d probably give it another chance if I could order with cheese on the side. The prickly pear margarita was also really good (surprisingly not too sweet).

Celebrated a birthday with a dear friend ??? ? everything was delicious. Escargot, shrimp, steak and Pink Dragon ? cocktails. ?

We went for an early dinner. We were seated right away. The service was very good. We had the clams for an appetizer and the sauce was the best part of our meal. We couldn't stop eating it. My husband had steak for an entrée and I had Salmon, both were excellent.
