This location is always clean and well organized
I had to wait for the meatballs to be warmed up. Other than that the ladies here were great.
Ordered a sandwich for my friend and didn't realize it at the store, no bacon on the Club sandwich and they charged me $3.00 more. Attempted to correct several times with telephone calls and emails. NO reimbursement of the $3.00 or any course to correct. Clearly absent leadership here.
Food is always good as is the service, and a good amount of seating. Great location overall!
My sisters are the ones who ordered. I came outside of my house to smoke and realized that my cigarettes were missing. Asked my sister and she said she had seen them there a little bit ago. Then they said it could’ve been the delivery driver. We have a gate and the way to open it is really tricky. They had wondered how they had the food left on the porch since normally people don’t leave it there due to that fact plus we have a dog. One of my sisters went out to get the food and the driver sped away from the driveway. Driving a grey Toyota Corolla with the bumper in the front was messed up. Called 5 times to see if their was a driver who had a car that matched the description but no answer. My sisters also mentioned that the food was bland and didn’t have any cheese.
Terrible just terrible service there, on the phone and yeah even in person. Rather go to the one in the middle of town
Does the airport subway get their meat from the jail? Skimpy on the dressing and veggies as well.Had to flatter the sandwich Artist w positive encouragement so I can get more that 1 tomato half for each side and qtr tsp of oil.plus the meat was literally a Mystery!
Curbside pickup was a joke...all spots in front of store were taken by non customers so they didn't even bother to bring out my order. On top of that...I ordered 2 steak & cheese subs neither had the cheese and there was very little meat mostly veggies and bread. I was reminded why we stopped eating here.
It was quick and easy to get your order and you have minimum contact with the employees 10/10 for covid restrictions.
Oh man, the food doesn't even get covered when there's no one there? There was tuna on the cheese and when I got home my sandwich smelled!
