Dirty!!!! Serving area not cleaned for hours dried meat chunks on prep board meats cheese mixed in with eachother staff to lazy to stock mayo musterd. Lettuce brown and soggy. counter person not washing hands after answering phone worst subway in santa fe this is the second time I've seen them like this it needs new management or should be shut down not healthy safe for people

Sometimes the staff act like its an inconvenience to get up and serve people. I've even had one guy closing at 6:30 pm. He told me he couldn't toast my bread because he'd turned the toaster off already. The food is good, so 10 minutes of mediocre service is okay.

My son prepared us our sandwiches 3 of them yup yup and they were good.

Did not offer to toast my sub and the veggies were expired. Won't visit again for some time.

At first a employee named Mackenzie helped us and did a terrible job burned my wife’s sub and forgot a bunch of stuff and as soon as the employee taking her place came in she left us unhelped and darted out the door. Luckily the employee who replaced her named Junior was amazing. He redid my wife’s sub the right way with out is having to ask and even apologized for it. Great job he deserves a raise or promotion.

Excellent service ?

Nice to read positive reviews from positive people .

Very disappointing lunch today. Two employees with a line of eight customers, my husband and I were at the front of the line. Took about total 20 min from when we entered the store to when we left. Employees looked uncomfortable, inexperienced and overwhelmed. Most of the ingredient bins were either dirty or empty, which extended the time to make our orders due to the employees going back and forth for what was missing. I do appreciate one employee was apologizing for being under prepared. We took home one footlong flatbread turkey and ham which came out some what decent, however as for my husbands footlong teriyaki was a complete mess (picture posted along). While the employee was making my husbands sandwich, they had forgotten to add the cheese. At the end we were confused when one employee started going through all the cabinets and had sent their coworker to the back to look for something, afterwards they they told us they ran out of footlong wrapping paper so the sandwich has to be wrapped in two six in. papers together and that "hopefully" it holds together. It appears to be obvious management didn't train properly or they flat out don't care.

My stomach is acking coz the lettuce was old, tomatoes were old and smelly, everything was old (food).

Very good sandwiches and the service was great
