Bought new mug and wanted my coffee in it. Cashier couldn't rinse it to pour it in like every other time I had bought a mug from them.
One of the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. Milk, coffee and some kind of powder spilled on just about every counter with no signs of any attempt to clean it up. And no they were not busy, my wife and I were the only ones there. My Cafe Mocha was delicious.
Visited this location on about 3 occasions, every single time the drive thru wait times have been absurd. No more than 5 vehicles in like, taking 25 mins+. Do not recommend this location unless you have a lot of time to spare.
Lately I’ve been disappointed.the other day my iced latte was really weak and was mostly milk and had coffee grounds at the bottom. I went back and my order was remade but the same thing happened again.so I’ve just tried to avoid going for the last couple day ☹️
Sooo gross and dirty ?? there were enough people working to clean.
Nice open and clean store, unfortunately visited at 1:00 pm and it took ten minutes to get one Latte. It is not busy.
Joshua at the walk-in register was great, but the young woman making the drinks was not. She didn't read my order right and I had to correct her twice, she treated me like I was a bother to her. They were missing an ingredient for my drink, but only told me after they made it....
We came here for a quick bite and coffee. There are plenty of seats inside and outside. We had a good experience. The facility is spacious and clean. Overall, I had a good experience here. It would be a nice place to read a book.
My ice coffee with Carmel was horrible! And cost a lot. Ice coffee with Carmel at McDonald's taste better and cost less. But the service is good.
Sometimes it takes forever for the line to move, but they get the order right and they are nice! One of my favorite Bucks in town.
