Generally I like coming to this location since it's a walking distance away and the folks there are nice. With that being said, when I got to the location, the doors were locked with a sign stating that the lobby was closed (I had an online order). So kindly, I knocked on the door thinking that SOMEONE would return the gesture to open the door but I just got glances, rude ones. I wasn't going to walk back, get in my car, to drive back and wait in the long line of the other cars. So I walked to the drive up window, apologized to driver that was next and explained my dilemma. The ladies that were there, whoa. Bad day, huh and I mean all of them. I didn't get a sorry, hello or even a direct look at me. The woman just handed me my drinks. I won't be back. I'll drive to the St Francis location.

I have been a Starbucks customer since Howard opened in Seattle across from the Sound. I travel and the staffing fluctuates widely. I was virtually the only customer in the store. It took quite a while to be recognized and helped. At least they turned the Hip Hop down. The egg bites were delicious. I'm here for the week and will find another coffee house tomorrow

Worst starbucks I've ever been to. Rather drink some hotel room coffee dan deal with the service there. Service so bad that it was enough to wake me up and forget that I even needed coffee. One person on the register took about 5 minutes to help one person. Another woman goes to the other register and decides to help out because of the line. She asked me if I'm paying cash or card because she can only accept cash. I said " I can do either or" She then proceeds to ask the next person in line for their order and completely spaced out. This new generation is something else......

Stopped by on my way out of town with a long drive ahead, and the barista (I think his name was Winston?) was so nice! I ordered a blonde roast and since there was a bit of a wait he offered to upgrade the size for free. It was a busy day and he said they were down 2 people, but they were doing great! Thanks y'all!

The store does not follow the official hours on Starbucks website. The lobby is always closed. And the drive through queue is huge. I always skip this store and buy coffee at Starbucks inside the nearby Albertsons or Target. This morning (a Sunday) I tried again and at 8:30 in the morning their lobby was still closed and the reason one of the staff gave is that their manager has not arrived yet.

Lovely human! Thank you Riah! Yesterday I went to redeem a coffee gift card I'd received for Teacher Appreciation Week -- there was some kind of a glitch and the card couldn't be redeemed. And then... Riah made my day by offering me a Coffee Treat herself. !!! I'm so touched and grateful. And what a lovely human being -- she'd even worked as an educator herself in a special program with students with ADD/ADHD ...some of our most treasured students...Heartfelt shout out to Riah and Starbucks on Zafarano! <3

Do the employees realize they're working at Starbucks and not a club? The music is so loud and so obnoxious in there it felt like I was on a hidden camera show. Nobodys going there to rave.

Just about every Starbucks across the country is built from the same general mold, and this location is no different. However, this location has a very southwestern-themed building design and landscaping that for some reason I just really liked. Coffee prep and service was excellent, as it is in Starbucks everywhere.

I just stopped expecting for them to get my order correct. The parking lot and drive through are terrible, someone needs too look into redesigning its flow, or lack there of. I avoid this location as much as I can.

They changed their hours long time ago. But they don't update them in their own app nor on Google. Three times have we been in front of closed doors to pick up online orders when the app said they are open. We called and also told them in the drive through about the issue. Response: "We are not in control of that". Well you should be since it's your store and your business. It's not rocket science to adjust store hours...".
