Took thirty minutes to get through the drive through. This place is obviously way understaffed and the employees are being overworked being made to keep both the store and the drive through open. Just shut one down rather than making a bunch of kids try to handle the volume of both and making customers wait so long. I hope all these employees unionize!
Worst Starbucks by far. We wanted to visit while we were on our evening walk. Starbucks was not busy at all. We were the only people in the parking lot, but They were open for drive through only, and so we walked to the window and they were so rude. All we ordered were iced coffees with sweet cream. Not only was our server extremely dismissive, but our coffee tasted like water with sweet cream….
Staff is always quick and reliable for tasty drinks and fast service. 9/10 times when I order ahead the order is always waiting for me, and very rarely do they have items out of stock. I love going here.
Only 6 cars back, but it still took about 15 minutes to go through the drive-thru and get my drink. And my coffee was lukewarm. What an incompetently managed Starbucks location. Avoid this location.
Friendly folks but my coffee always has too much milk in it no matter how I say it! This is some kind of weird phenomen I've experienced in other SBs in the last two years. .... deprived of O2 perhaps?
The worst. My order was wrong. They charged my card, told me it didn’t go through. So I said fine, here’s cash. It ended up that I was charged twice. I’m completely done with Starbucks.
Went for coffee, it was good also had a breakfast burrito and was good. Service was good.
It's a Starbucks, you know what to expect. It's neither good nor bad. There are better local coffee spots, but in a pinch it hits the spot.
Love it when they are so polite and make my order exactly like I expect it to be.
By all means, move at a glacial pace you know how much that thrills me. Especially when you only have the drive-through open and there’s like 50 people in line.
