Stole my money! I was there for over half an hour and the staff cleared my name and order status from the board without giving me my food. No explanation just cleared the stall as if I wasn't parked there. Pushed red button twice. Wasn't able to get ahold of anyone to get update on my order or money back.
This place is absolutely horrible. The team members here are so rude. You push the red button and no one answers it for 20 minutes plus. Mind you they Have Orange cones Blocking more than half the car stalls. So you try to drive-through the drive-through and you wait for another 20 minutes plus. And when They decide to answer. They treat you like not a paying customer. But someone who's bugging and bothering them. I don't understand how employees are allowed to treat their customers so poorly. we're the ones putting food on your table. If it wasn't for us the consumers. We are the ones keeping those checks coming. I get it a 100% it's a hard time for everybody everybody's going through it. But people are very kind and forgiving if you just treat them with a little bit of respect. it's all about the delivery. And at the end of the day kindness is free it don't cost you nothing
My drink was filled to the rim with ice, and this wasn't during happy hour. Very disappointing with a price of $8.44 on 2 Route 44 drinks. I mean filled to the top with ice. Come on!! What a rip off!!
This location has definitely declined in service. I placed my order in the drive-through because their stalls are closed and when I show up to the window they asked me if they could help me because they didn’t get my order. The owners presence is nowhere to be found, he used to be here often and now he’s not here. Your other locations don’t have this problem in Santa Fe New Mexico. You should probably reconsider how you run your business.
Order the cheddar peppers waited about 10 min and they where not fresh at all disgusting dry mess. I decided to give them another try and I was super disappointed.
My food was good and the staff was super nice - but something is wrong with the drinks here. Coffee tased a little funny, but holy cow the soda was realllllly bad. Like the water they used to make the soda was local tap water or unfiltered something. Could have also easily been the ice and they just need to clean their machines - or it picked up the taste of their freezer smell - but the aftertaste was clearly something wrong with the water or ice in some way. I got a 44 oz and had to throw it out. Not only did it taste bad but I was concerned the machines might not be kept clean.
Good for a quick bite for the kids. Gave me wrong slushy for my kid but they ended up loving it. Drinks and ice cream always delicious.
After experiencing a total fail at the St. Michaels location, this location has become my new favorite and totally redeemed my love for Sonic! There were two excellent courteous workers that made my order correctly (and delicious!). THANK YOU
Don't get the Chicken Tenders meal...disappointing doesn't look like the picture at all, chicken was dry, coating is heavy. Nothing but wasted carbs. Cherry limeade was good as usual.
Love their ice most of all! ?
